Basic Protein Bars

½ C melted(real)butter

4 oz.(half a small package) softened cream cheese

¼ C Splenda

7 scoops commercial protein powder

Other ingredients such as nuts, flavorings, seeds, cocoa, chipped or shaved lo-carb chocolate bars, cinnamon (optional)

Cut together butter and cream cheese.

Mix in protein powder and Splenda.

Stir in whatever additives you choose until the batter is stiff.

Spray your hands with Pam.

Spread mix in a square or loaf pan and press down firmly. Refrigerate; cut into bars. Wrap in plastic wrap or plastic bags to store.
