WHAM 2001 E Fly
The annual WHAM Electric Fun Fly was held on
July 15, 2001 at the WHAM field, WHAM club web site
in Headingly Manitoba on the western edge of Winnipeg.
Ken Ritchie was the event leader, Ken wore is every day flying E clothes as he knew he would not get slimed today. Ken poses with his wife and nephew (maye grandson?). (click to on photos to enlarge)
Tex Gehman is another top E flyer at WHAM and his P39 (Astro 40G) was tops. Note the white gloves with no slime! Great Planes Extra 300 with Astro 25G. Tex's son and grandsons came out to check out Grandpa's flying!
