Big Bird Fly-In - Jul 7th and 8th 2001
Chief Big Dog, Jeff Stremick did a great job organizing the 2001 Big Bird Fly In. (click on photos to enlarge).
One could not help noticing Nate Pauson (red t shirt), he seemed to be every where, lending a hand, flying up a storm, and took some ribbing from the old dogs.
Here Nate and Mitch Poitras of Winnipeg give Greg Weintz a hand starting the Mustang.
Couple of road signs for the Canucks coming south on I29, take the Harwood turnoff, head east and turn north on 30st. N
Mitch and I survived the 93F (34C) heat and no wind.
The flying site is superb, excellent!
The gazebo is the TX impound, nice set up!
