To clear BGP route dampening information and unsuppress the suppressed routes, usetheclear ip bgp dampening EXEC command.
clear ip bgp dampening [address mask ]
address (Optional) IP address of the network about which to clear dampening information.
mask (Optional) Network mask applied to the address.

The following example clears route dampening information about the route to network 150.0.0.0 and unsuppresses its suppressed routes:
clear ip bgp dampening 150.0.0.0 255.255.0.0
