The basic concept is this, that by becoming a member of a Companies Representatives you are afforded a discount on your product, depending of the volume of sales that you produce you also get a rebate check.

The Higher the Volume the more of a rebate you get, much like Retailers do when they buy for many stores.

The concept works best when combined with personal sales and recruiting other people for your team. As people join your team their sales are added to yours which boost you up on the compensation plan. Most plans are Mathmatically worked out such that the person doing the majority of the work recieves the majority of the compensation.

The Idea is that a person is rewarded for being loyal to a certain brand. As that person advertises to other people about the products and they to purchase the products, eather as a customer or another Buisness owner, the original person is rewarded for thier word of mouth advertisement.

As the number of people that have been advertised to continues to climb so does the compensation, in this manner a person may then create an income based on going out to advertise the product.

Once a comfortable income is established, They no longer need to Advertise anymore, since their customers will maintain loyalty, as well their income will continue to rise since those in thier downline will naturally want to earn more themself and continue to advertise the product, creating even more volume.

The answer to that is no!!!! this has come under much debate and the truth of the matter is that it is not. The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) rates a pyramid as where Money Goes up but no tangiable product or service Flows down. This is not the case here.... I have personally been involved in a couple of these organizations, and have discovered that here to there can be some pitfalls, but if you are careful you Can avoid them.

There are many different Companies out there that use this method of Advertisement.... The question isn't wheather it works, of course it does..... the question should be does this company offer what I need.

This is a common question askes, yet most don't realize that they are involved in a pyramid schem as they put it, at work..... Lets look at the organization of a Company.... Most have a single CEO.... A few VP's.... A few more Department Heads..... several managers in each department.... then you have the labors on the bottom.... Who do you think gets paid the most? And who gets the least.

Ok, compare that to this organization, in fact the person that is the sponsor does not recieve anything until he helps the sponsoree get paid.... If you look at the compensation plan of most every company the math works like this.... If you do more work than your sponsor, you get paid more.... This model actually promotes effectivness and production.

Although I am involved in a Network Marketing Company, (Which In my opinion is the Best at what they D0)..... my attempt here is to give an unbiased look at what networking is all about. I would like to caution anyone reading this though if you do not join my organization, Stay clear of Bianary set ups..... My experience is that they don't stay in buisness very long, and the purpose of building this style buisness is long term income. They have a cap on earning potential, and in order to earn more you must eiather pay more up front to join, or buy in latter with a new center. To me this is just plain dumb..... Now the binary concept of building a buisness is sound though, just use that method in one that doesn't limit the number of personal sponsors, in this way you will establish a buisness that will be around, then latter by adding width you can build your profitability.

The truth is that the Success Rate in this Industry is only 20%... The Fact is that 80% of all people who join this type industry do not sponsor anyone. The Resons are many but here are some of the most common.

Fear.... This probly the biggest is that the fear of what someone else thinks of the idea, is the number one killer of this buisness. This can only be getting out there and swallow the fear... and realize the worst that someone can say is NO. And if they Laugh at you now.... you won't have to laugh at them when you got the most expensive home in town, and drive a Farri...

Rejection... Sometimes afer a person joins this buisness model, they become so rejected by close friends and familys that they begin to fear what others will think... killing the idea. Remember the rule of 95% thinking.... you are where you are in life cause of the advise and thinking that you grew up in.

Lack of Support.... probably the third biggest killer is lack of Support from an upline to help the newest person on the team. Sometimes this isn't their fault they to are new too, and if you want to succeed you should look farther upline to get help.

IF you havn't figured it out I am using this side for my personal experience. I am telling you that cause I want you to know that even though the Industry Average is Low, it doesn't mean it has to be.... I am a member of a Team of People in this industry that has learned how to overcome this obsticle.... We have achieved what might be close to 99% success rate.

You might think that is to fantastic... the key was simple to figure out once we knew why people droped out...

You see most organizations sponsor you in and expect that you will self select and start sponsoring people into the buisness.... If not oh well see ya latter.... Now that is the Idea I got from the five or six companies that I was involved in, and several that knocked on my door....

Not with this Team.... I will tell you they are the Team of Destiny associated with Quixtar and when history is written twenty years from now they will be refered to as the McDonald's of the internet. They are that good...... The Key was this .... We as sponsors are obliged when sponsoring someone to help develop a downline for them. Differing from the view that if the sponsored person doesn't develop a downline, oh well.
