Shall Assisit in the Manning of Departments, and maintaining personell files for all people associated with this project.

Initially Aid in the initial Manning of this Project, will become a single point of contact with other or

Effectively the second Person to Aid in the Overall Production of Project. Will lay the groundwork for University, and Research Facility.

Oversee, Manufacturing plants in support of these endevors.

Collection of Scientist that will, help Develop much needed technologies, not limited to propulsion, and basic needs while in space.

The supply line for all material needed to support this organization

Will oversee the needs and stage for future operations.

In charge of selecting, training, and sending personel to initally colonize outpost

Reseach and impementation to utilize the resourses available on the Planets to be Colonized.

Will oversee the exploration of materials, as well as other star systems for suitable needs.

Maintain all financial Records.

To be in charge of Training, including but not limited to the University needed to Support this endeavor.

These Positions are Dept Head positions and will be filled in order to Move forward with this Project, There are a Number of task to be accomplished my hope is that by the end of my own lifetime, If we arn't obliterated by then, that we will have at least established an outpost on Mars, and continue to reach toward interstellar travel. There are many who will say that technoligies just havn't made this possible yet. Well here's what I say..... "When there is no Way but a will exist, The Way will be Made"..... In other words necessity is the mother of all invention..... When Human Kind decided to Go to the Moon, we made the way.... the Sad Part is that we have yet to go back, or even reach a part of this dream..... LETS go for it and get the people we need to back this project.
