Mansfield Lions Contribute
to New Ambulance Fund

Ed Bourget, from the Village at Willow Crossings, was invited to speak at the March 4th meeting of the Mansfield Lions Club to update the members about the fund to purchase a new ambulance. Ed noted that the fund has raised over $120,000.00 and that there is a need to continuously raise funds to replace ambulances and equipment. Donations may be sent to the Mansfield Ambulance Fund, Town Hall, 6 Park Row, Mansfield, MA. The club voted to contribute $500.00 to the fund for this year.

For over 50 years the Mansfield Lions Club has sponsored numerous community projects and scholarships, including the annual Halloween Walk and Senior Football Players’ Dinner; and has assisted those in need within our community. Funds raised at the annual Lions Penny Sale, and other fundraisers, are also used to promote eye research and diabetes prevention and cure.

The Lions meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday at the Tahana Restaurant. For information on joining the Mansfield Lions Club, please contact Joe Cutillo at 508-339-8403.
