Au Hing Cheung.
In the early 80's shifu Alex Au studied under Hong Kong Qi Xing Tang Lang Quan under shifu Zhao Zhi Min.
Shifu Alex Au started training under shifu Wei Fong Che around 2000, currently he is the vice chairman of "Hong Kong Tai Chi Plum Blossom Praying Mantis Boxing Association".
Shifu Alex Au teaches in Hong Kong.
