Shifu Antonello Casarella started his martial arts training at 11 with Western box. Later he studied judo and ju jitsu, achieving brown belt degree.
After a short time training Karate (Nanbudo style) he started his Tang Lang Quan training. From 1981 to 1987 he trained under shifu Shin Dae Woung.
He trained tang lang quan in different places including Honk Kong, Canton, Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai. In Yantai shifu Antonello Casarella trained under shifu Yu Tian Chen (Qi Xing Tang Lang), shifu Yu Yan Zhu (Qi Xing Tang Lang) and shifu Zhang Fu Zho (Mei Hua Tang Lang). Shifu Casarella is currently studying under shifu Qu Zi Jun.
Shifu Antonello Casarella is president of the Y.I.P.M.B.A. Italy branch and he is the president and founder of the T.S.O.I. (Tanglang System Organization Italy).
