His Chinese name is:
Liu Jing.
Shifu David Conches started training gong fu since the late 70's.
His main style is Chang Quan but he has trained in many other styles.
In 1993 he participated in the International Tournaments in Jinan y Yantai (Shandong) obtaining first plance in Jinan with short weapons, second place on empty hand (Chang Quan) and fourth in Sanshou. In Yantai obtained silver in weapons and bronce in Tanglang Quan.
Shifu David Conches has published 10 books and many articles in magazines in Spain and Argentina and China. In 1995 he started the famous "Golden Dragon" magazine.
In 1998 his Chang Quan master, shifu Liu Wen Yue introduce him to shifu Wang Yuan Qian, who taught him Mei Hua Tang Lang Quan fundamentals, Lan Jie and fighting techniques.
Shifu David Conches is currently studying under shifu Patrick Cassam-Chenai.
