His name is also romanized as:
Li Ping Hsiao \ Lee Being Shou \ Lee Er Sun(c) \ Li Er Gou (k) \ Li Er Go (k).
Sometimes his name is written with the following characters 
(same sound).
Shifu Li Bing Xiao lived in Lai Yang county (Shan Dong Province) before emperor Qian Long, during the Qing Dynasty. Other sources just say he lived around mid 1700's.
