Born in 1959 at Lai Yang, Yan Tai, Shan Dong Province. Since he was 10 years old, he followed shifu Wang Yuan Liang.
Shifu Li Fei Lin is the current chairman and General Manager of the "Yantai City Car Travel Corporation". At the same time, he also serves at the "Yantai City Wu Shu Association" as vice-chairman and at the "Yantai City International Tang Lang Quan United Association" as councilman since 2003.
He teaches specialty martial arts at the Yantai Normal school. He managed to make the acient Tang Lang Men skills enter into China's higher education system.
