Student of shifu Sun Po Wen.
Lucinda began her martial arts training in 1982. She achieved 1st Dan Black Belt in the Korean style of Tang Soo Do from Master Tong In Chang of Cinnaminson, New Jersey (USA). After teaching Tang Soo Do for a time, Lucinda then became interested in Chinese Gong Fu. She was then introduced to Shifu Pete Pernigotti who began training her in the Sun Moon Fist Chinese Boxing System. Shifu Pete's master was Dr. Cheung Shau Ling, who had come to New York from Guangdong, China. Since Sifu Pernigotti was the only person in the United States who had mastered the entire Sun Moon Fist System, his untimely death in 1994 brought an end to any expert instruction in that system in the USA.
After that, Lucinda started training tang lang quan under shifu Sun Po Wen. She also trains in contemporary wushu and Tai Ji Quan under shifu Li Pei Yun, a professional Shanghai Wushu Team member from Henan, China.
