Student of his uncle shifu Hao Bin.
Maternal grandson of shifu Hao Heng Lu, shifu Sun De Long is considered one of the most senior masters in the Hao Jia family.
He is president and founder of the Hao Bin Boxing Center in Qingdao, one of the largest mantis schools in the world.
Shifu Sun De Long travels world-wide to judge tournaments, give exhibitions, and teach seminars.
