The tag line on the cover of the DVD reads, "Witness the MATCH OF THE MILLENNIUM between BRUCE LEE and JACKIE CHAN through the miracle of 21st Century technology." Just reading that I was expecting some Bruce and Jackie footage to be edited together to make seem as if they were starring in a movie together. It may have been entertaining (in an extremely cheesy way) if that were the case, but instead it's so awful words cannot describe it. I'd have to say this movie was a huge waste of my money and my time as I regret even watching it! I highly recommended that everyone stay far away from this piece of garbage.
The DVD case states this is a documentary that runs 50 minutes long. First it only runs 42 minutes, and second what exactly is it a documentary of?? The Bruce Lee footage consists of fight clips from Fist of Fury and excerpts from his interview with Pierre Berton (Canada rules!). The Jackie footage is mostly stuff from Young Master, Drunken Master, Snake Fist Fighter/Master With Cracked Fingers, and a clip from Twin Dragons. The "documentary" just features rotating fight clips of Bruce and Jackie. The first two fights are edited so it appears that Jackie is watching as Bruce fights and then as Jackie fights, Bruce looks on. What crap. The image of quality of the clips used is about as bad as the film itself, the Bruce footage is okay, but the Jackie footage is pretty bad looking like it was sourced from an old faded 3rd generation VHS copy. What crap. All new music is played over all the fight scenes and it's fairly fast paced music (guitars!) to get you pumped and hopefully not turn off the movie.
