I actually liked this movie. Every kung fu movie has at least one cool moment or thing about it. This movie has lots of cool things that add up to make a good movie. Well I like it, my opinion probably differs from everyone else.

The basic story is that this bad guy, Cheung Li Kung, is defeated by the good guys, Bruce Li and his two teachers. Cheung says he'll be good and takes off for Malayasia. Years later Bruce's teacher learns that Cheung is up to no good again. One of his students happens to be going to Malayasia to visit his aunt and uncle. Cheung beats him up and kidnaps his cousin, and plans to marry her. Bruce and his master show up to put a stop to it.

As I said the film is full of small cool stuff that add up to one cheesy movie, here they are:

  1. We get a history lesson of some old monk who wandered the lad and invented the dragon fist, snake technique, and tiger technique. When he arrived at Shaolin Temple he taught them the Shaolin fist.
  2. When Bruce and his master prepare to leave for Malayasia, his master needs a disguise because he is such a famous well known fighter, so his uses the shaolin disguise technique! He can totally change his appearance, he just pulls on and off another face. When he is in disguise he, the actor that plays the master is Mars from Jackie Chan fame. Thats cool!
  3. I noticed a few time that Bruce when a light brown colored kung fu suit and when ever he fights rather large sweat stains appear. He fighting and all of the sudden he's soaked. In one scene in a casino he starts out all dry, then he's wet, and then after he beat everyone up he's dry again. He does he do it?
  4. There are these native guys who live in the hill and for some reason they wear shorts and headbands. They look funny.
  5. The native village is protected by some crazy kung fu fighting gorillas. Bruce and his master each take on a gorilla. For gorillas they such have lame ass kung fu. Bruce beats up one and kicks him in the head and the gorilla's eyes pop out in a bloody mess. His master beats up the second one and the gorilla goes all nutty and staggers around clutching his head before dying. Turns out his scalp fell off. Now that's comedy.
  6. The natives have the girl and the master's other student in a valley, so Bruce and his master go to save them. Look out it's a trap! The villagers start throwing rocks and then spears down at them. Bruce and his master are hit by spears and go down. The villagers go down to investigate and then Bruce and his master jump up kick some ass cuz they were only faking. Suckers!
  7. It's time for the final showdown with Cheung and his thugs. Bruce and his master whup Cheung's ass. Cheung wimps out and beg for mercy from his master. His master cripples him and drags his sorry ass back to China. I thought that was a bit lenient and Cheung should've been killed.
  8. Another amusing scene is when Cheung kidnaps the girl and when doesn't like him she gets sent to the madame in hopes she can be made more receptive. The girl refuses the madame, so the old lady starts beating the girl's head against the table and slapping her. Now her cousin (the guy who is a student of the master) shows up and the madame gives him some lip, so he slaps her and she passes out on the table. I laughed and laughed. What's the matter ya old bag?! You can dish it out, but ya can't take it?!
  9. In the film there is absolutely nothing to do with Bruce Lee, so why is the movie called
  10. Bruce Lee the Invincible? Your guess is as good as mine.
