Another run of the mill kung fu flick starring Bruce Le. This time the bad guys(Japanese) are after the secret Shaolin 5 Styles kung fu book. A master teaches his students a different style depending on their physical build, dragon, tiger, panther, and the crane. The panther student is a traitor and kills the master for the Shaolin book. The teacher had already given the book to Bruce. The bad guy panther kills the other two students and gets the Shaolin book. He learns the invincible armour technique. Bruce retreats to the mountains and learns the iron finger from an old monk. In a final showdown bad guy and Bruce use every style and Bruce finally puts the iron finger into the bad guy's skull.
The fight scenes are plentiful, but are boring and lackluster. No real redeeming points in this movie, other than Bolo appears near the end. Bolo fights all hunched over assuming a Quasi Modo style technique. Also there was some chick in it who was the head of the Japanese. I expected her to show some skin, and maybe save the movie, but she just killed herself instead. If you actually watch this look for some funny wirework and some crazy guy with a bad white wig and his face all painted up. The white haired guy died twice, I think. Maybe he had a twin? Once he got his throat and balls ripped out/off and the second time Bruce like delivered some fatal body blows. Oh well who cares about continuity anyway?
