To quote the back of the VCD...
During the Manchurian invasion in China, General Kuan of Ming dynasty was killed. The General's son, Shao Lung, survived from the massacre and had taken refuge in the Shaolin Temple to learn martial arts. After twenty years of devotion, he succeeded in the test of the 18 Bronzemen. He left the temple, learning of his own true identity and vowed to seek a revenge for his dead father to kill the murderer, Hei Ju Ying. A fierce battle began finally...That's about it, I don't want to give away any of the secrets, but they won't come as any great shock anyway. I don't know, I watched 18 Bronzemen II first and I liked it more than this one. This one just seemed mediocre. The story was better than the sequel, but the fighting and training sequences weren't that great. There should have been more stuff involving the 18 Bronzemen. They got a good gimmick, work it! I'm lazy right now, so I'll keep this so-called "review" short. I thought it was about average, nice looking sets, but it didn't hold my attention. Then again it's hard to hold my attention no matter what.
