In 1995 SLP was back with an enhanced Firehawk and introduced the Firehawk convertible.  New options for 1995 included Firehawk embroidered floor mats and a Hurst shifter for the  6 speed manual cars.  Mobil 1 lubricants now filled the crankcase, power steering reservoir and rear axle.  The exhaust and suspension options carried over from 1994.

A new wheel design was featured in 1995.  The wheels are 17 x 9 inch cast aluminum 'Aleseo' sourced from Speedline of Italy.  Convertibles had a slightly different 16 x 8 inch wheel.  Chrome wheels appeared in the 1995 catalogue but where not offered due to durability concerns.  All wheels were painted silver with a clear coat protective finish.  The standard locking lug nuts were reapplied and covered with the GM black plastic nut caps.

SLP's production target for 1995 was 1000 Firehawks and the base price of the Firehawk package increased by $500 to $6,495 effective January 1st, 1995.  The Firehawk package was again limited to the Firebird Formula model despite pressure from many enthusiasts to add the equipment to Trans Ams.  The TAs were covered by the 1995 introduction of the COMP TA discussed elsewhere (see link below).  The eventual production total for 1995 was nearly 700 units.
