| Fall '00: "Angel's Eye," Aerosmith's most recent work has just been released for the Charlie's Angels movie and is available on the soundtrack. With the recent work by the band with "I Don't Want to Miss A Thing" and "Angel's Eye" I wouldn't doubt it if they release a new record in the near future. |
| December '00: It is announced that Aerosmith will be performing at Super Bowl XXXV on January 28 in Tampa during the half-time show. Unfortunately for some of us, 'N Sync will be performing as well. But every Aero fan, including me will be cheering on Aerosmith during their performance. If you're going to be there, have fun. If not check the TV Guide and be sure to watch 'em. |
| 1/28/01: Excellent performance by Aerosmith at the Super Bowl XXXV Half-time show. That performance was totally unexpected. They did very well performing "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing," "Jaded," and the grand finale "Walk This Way." Among 'N Sync, Britney Spears, Mary J. Blige, and Nelly you could definitely tell who were the pros up there and who were still acting like 25-year olds -- Aerosmith. It's great to see all those people up there doing Aerosmith's song. It was very successful and they gave a wonderful performance. I wish I could have been there to see it up close. :-) |

| 3/5/01: Aerosmith's new album Just Push Play will be available for sale tomorrow Tuesday March 6. It features their new song "Jaded" and probably even more hits. If you're an Aerosmith fan, be sure to buy it. |
| 3/5/01: It has been announced that Aerosmith will be among the artists inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame this month. After their 31 years (and counting) of rocking the world they are finally inducted. Steven Tyler says, "We always hear fans cheer for us, but finally the industry is applauding." To celebrate their new album and to come in contact with fans again, Aerosmith will be stopping at a music theatre near you to give their fans a hell of a concert. | 4/16/02: Aerosmith was recently honored as an MTV Icon recently. The event aired on this date at 8pm, and reruns are still being shown. Bands covered the band's songs onstage and discussed their influence, while Aerosmith discussed their past and performed a hell of an Aerosmith medley at the end. Performers included Kid Rock, Train, Pink, Shakira, Papa Roach, Sum 41, Nelly, and Ja Rule. Be sure to check it out!! |
