1/5/01- Congrats to Guns N' Roses for being on VH-1's top 100 albums list. Their debut masterpiece Appetite for Destruction ranked 42 on the list. Though, us rockers know it should have been way higher, I am still glad to see them on the list. |

May 2001- What would've been the band's first tour in almost 8 years has been canceled. GN'R were planning to do a summer European tour but it has been confirmed canceled. But it may be just rescheduled for a later date. I'm sure the new lineup will get around to it. I personally think they should concentrate on releasing Democracy first and getting Buckethead well again. |
June 2001- The European tour dates that had been canceled have now been rescheduled for December. |
6/18/01- Axl made his first live television appearance in a long time. After attending a championship game between the 76ers and the Lakers, he was interviewed by NBC personell. Live video clip available here. |
6/19/01- It looks like Democracy will be delayed again. Latin MTV says GN'R are pushing for an August release. |
