09/10/01 Everyone wants to be happy:- pure and simple.Why happiness(or the lack thereof) soon begets Self-searching. And that form of Self-searching to give us the best results ,is one where " which in the beginning may be just like poison but in the end is like nectar." Worldly happiness is usually compared to " beginning just like nectar." It little "ends( leads)" to Self-Realization. And still yet Self-Realization " is said to be happiness in the Mode of Goodness." A type of happiness that's way beyond our present mortality and Consciousness. Not that it cannot be fetched, be achieved. But you really can't expect it to replace a worldly kind of happiness- if the shoe (i.e. Mind Body) you are wearing be not first made vacant, void, mindless; Self-Realization is simply another term for "Good Happiness", or God's Happiness-- of whom many of us rather percieve as being largely without any cause for unhappiness. That Lord and world we all know to be different- how much is how we differ?- in both " Cause and Effect."
Worldly happiness ( either passion,or of ignorance) isn't bad in itself- it is just imperfect and impermanent. There are just too much of Nature's forces against it. World-happiness does not stop us ( and our things) from aging or disease. Though is in the " beginning just as nectar." Basically it's very undependable, would have us believe that it's most dependable-- that the more we get the happier we'll bound become-- and even supreme, or godlike. With world-happiness is no Life perfect, as to be partaking with God-happiness: that's divine and transcendental. God-happiness plays no self-roulette with our joys and sorrows. It has no sorrow, unless taken away now, or forever!
Now God's, Good-, or true happiness, according to the Vedas, but demands ourselves reaching and sustaining some degree of Purity ( or Perfection). Though Purity in itself will remain a thing illusive, until and unless we reach in the main a point of desirelessness and selflessness: inside and outside of ourselves.Both of which, and Self-searching too( that which cannot be achieved by another but for oneself), a courage to behold! By themselves do our life-styles least promote threefold: Self-searching, Purity, and ( God-) Happiness. That somewhere( which we didn't put there in the first place ourselves- so why seek it by ourselves?) around a corner but an endless State of Bliss and Happiness so awaits us. Is/are there truely intrinsic, divine State(s) of Happiness and Bliss? And if so, why not it/these been not firstly interwovened to make this world a better place upon which to live- or why hadn't placed cart behind horse?- instead of telling us...
"...Just try to learn the Truth by approaching a spiritual master. Inquire from him submissively and render service unto him. The self-realized Soul can impart knowledge unto you because he has seen the Truth...And when you have thus learned the Truth, you will know that all living beings are but part of Me (OM:ours) - and that they are in Me and are Mine...." Then re-read the above "Gitan" quotation on happiness/poison/nectar. Could worldly happiness enjoin Self-Realization, should a spoil-brat lead?. How difficult a Self-search for Bliss, and even "FACE OF GODHEAD," helps keep each other internal and responsive to a " quick recognization and comparison of ideas."
Comparing "ideas" heavy a task on ones Mind.Especially in the "Age of Information."No way avoiding facts like these. In that we needn't be quick to brag and boast to ourselves that we know several things above and beyond the Mind-Body. So approach a spiritual master. There are persons alive today to have avoided all forms of discrimination ( i.e. backward ideas), over time, that only one discrimination ( that's Life) may yet remain...

You have to train yourself to think clearly and then you have to train yourself to wade through often dull data in order to make rational conclusions. That without some measure of Meditation, or a method of looking within oneself to let the (Ego-ed/Egoless) facts fall where they may, to constantly be shielding oneself against the terrors and energies such facts ( and surprises) would meantime bring about, to master how to begin seperating yourself from all (impending) facts, catastrophes, and personalities; wherein simply wait out Life's storms( its contemporary footnotes too) when learning how to so enrich ones sanity( i.e. his spiritual progress) inward and outward, yet powerfully! Cause in all of this is the earth's "heart still beating strong": a World Cycle in Good Continuation ain't to have the rhetoric and exaggeration of mankind that goes it at a premature Closure.
Seriously speaking is a World Cycle into the business of a Good Continuation. And everything therein. There can be no exceptions, irrespective how you may bend, or rule be bent- and is it indeed bent sometimes by those higher; it's just not possible to turn it constantly into that which it is not . There's generally no bad in a Good Continuation. No matter how a living being might think, or perform throughout his Life-time. Oneself aught never condemn another person. Karma, Dharma and Life these work not this way. Coupled to which must we all nonetheless strive toward self-perfection and pure righteousness ( Dharma) abundant . For from righteousness comes Enlightenment, and fron Enlightenment but Self-Realization.
So all the more expect us quote Bhagavad Gita somewhat a bit extensively and repetitiously for basically six reasons, which are(1) that Gita comes closest when comparing, or describing our earlier experiences "in the Spirit." (2)That while others have previous gone far and deep, will we want naturally go deeper and further- Gita endures- so that its our "safty line" and "sanity-keeper."(3) Gita yet divine speaks, especially in ways which make it surest for us one and all, to get things right and clear-cut-- though not always at best, it double-speaks, or brings two different points together as if were " a single point"-- no how should we be misunderstanding Vedic knowledge, Dharma, Karma, Renunciation, Purity, Love, Goodness, Moksha, Godhead etc. And yet most of us still do- why so?.(4) It does become easier to introduce "BIRTH OF HEART-MEDITATION," and other forms of ideas this way. (5) Even in Bhagavad Gita is HEART-MEDITATION ( whose Object of Meditation [OM] is chiefly the SPIRIT/SOUL of Life and Light) hardly ever made as being as distinct from, and as special to MIND-MEDITATION ( whose Object of Meditation[OM] is that primordial LIGHT of the ATMA), or as an individual, albeit crutical study in Yoga and Meditation (i.e.Y&M)- on the whole; in the shortest time and in the least of mistakes.(6) Still with ourselves, we in effect do believe, and so have continously been re-checking a simplier, yet thought-provoking approach to HEART-MEDITATION- since as they say " talent cannot be taught."
Within YULETIDE YOGA, the question isn't about whom, or what am I ( cause generally I do not meditate)? Rather what or who I am not today, tomorrow, but was perhaps yesterday, and the yesterday before yesterday. In short am I any closer to " seeing" Godhead today than was abler yesterday, or prior my present state of existence (i.e. incarnation)? Knowing ( or remembering?) that indeed was I that close to met and walked with this "Wonder Light". Can such be regained, these former god-type successes of yesterday, and sustained therein ones present adulthood- at least consciously? And mentally, as you get into position of Meditation then thereabout come answers gigantic, philosophical, bold, convincing(- as in after " letting the facts fall where they may"-- facts, joys, happinesses,excitements,ecstasies, religious and non-religious connations- since Meditation is usually considered to be higher than religion; the primary axis towards attaining fourfold: Internal Operancy, Enlightenment, Realization, Liberation)- as if self-started to immediately begin proving themselves truer, sweeter,longer, "partner"- than anything could ever possibly be had by any other type of introspection. An old, fretful Intellect? Intro-, or retro- our inspections are we nonetheless as fish swimming beneath surface and making huge, reckless waves.
Mind to us is like having space-helmets over our heads though full of unclear water, or helium-gas- affecting most our senses of direction, touch, rhythem and so on. In that many of us folks do know that the Godhead Absolute, CREATOR per se, to be very, very, very intelligent. Cause many of us know nothing of Meditation in the first place. We're yet to learn how and why need we detach ourselves exactly from likes of Ego, Mind, Intelllect, World. Intellectual giants are these four. Our human-intelligence is but that of an ant's, and unless we learn to humble ourselves to grow and nourish this " musterd seed" in the right soil ( setting, mind-set) then are we typically wasting time with Mind, World, Ego, Intellect. We may like admiring famous persons and praise their high Intellects- but to how far did they took the fight against the fourfold in a renounced order of Life. Had they struggled really deep within themselves, and for all the right, vedic reasons? And about a "Creator" whose Omniscience( and Omnipotence) bound suggest its inscrutable instigation(s- singular or plural)- to remain unclear for greater and lesser things. Since Intelligence is a god-possession which clings toughly to its possessor's breast ,as baby-chimp a mother-chimpanzee. Intelligence thus mirrors itself as hardly liking to be stretched and afar outside.
"...Out of many thousands among men, one may endeavor for Perfection, and of those who have achieved Perfection (to which there are generally two as in Soul-Illumination and Self-Realization; achieving the former doesn't quickly mean having achieved the latter:ours ) , hardly one knows Me in truth ( within a World Cycle in Good Continuation- hence there being better things than just a mere Good Continuation --wellexplain later-- comes Knowledge of the Godhead to be had- by really no othermeans- ever more limited and packaged but indeeed certain; as an Object of Meditation {OM}; what's Knowledge what's the wind do go together- though even this we do not know to experience:ours)...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
Mind continues. It foolishly tell us that the above fourfold ( Mind, World, Ego, Intellect- seeing that these four are typically products of a Lesser, or Greater Intelligence; Intelligence is neither high, nor low when in Isloation) is all " in the Mind". And no where else be found. A concept that's largely incorrect. To which we weakly bound carry around all the time an Intellect as ware some important baggage. Forcing our young to invade and grace its "lofty pedestals." Intellect and modesty cannot saddle the same horse for long. The Intellectual will always put Intellect above true modesty- in many arguments- cause the Intellectual has never learnt to seperate and prepare one away from the other, or side by side.Although Humility aught come before any aspect of an Intellect- and whyfore there's Meditation, Yoga, Devotion, Self-purification, Knowledge of Godhead. No one is brighter than.
Could all the more reason why Intelligence should belongs not to the sphere of Mind ( as some would insist ), as all of tree just ain't in the moving leaves. For it to remain true, pure, unfuffled, sane; as of Universe, must Intelligence originate and exist outside Mind too- yet still be approachable by an Aspirant who is true, pure,et la.Cause Mind only succeeds within nouns and sub-nouns- hanging like clothe-hanger with or without physical morals and most creature-comforts. It's literally difficult a Mind percieve an Intelligence external and aloft of itself. No fault its. Therein ( Heart-) Meditation can Mind like an atom be splitted or seperated from Intellect, World, Ego, Desire, Thought, Activity and so forth. Mind shines the more we meditate upon ( moreso at) a Greater Intelligence.Hence the "localized Lord Paramatma".
Universe has nothing to provide of an Absolute Intelligence- if a fire, possesses Universe the smoke. Mind half a dozen can churn Intelligence into an indifferent thing called "Intellect"- a cold and shady thing. For then in becoming personal an Intellect; the body not only soon dies and this too dies. But again because some form of a modesty is basically lacking and Intellect an exteremely powerful force to begin with- the struggle continues. That even having much of it is worth yet a shout, especially among ones peers; that to ever seek become manly detached from an Intellect a task quite laborious to endure. A fool commonly has more to do with modesty ( though of a non-intellectual kind), than a wise man. Mind you, do we not consider ourselves anyone intelligent- this way we'll stop learning indeed, and love we do love to learn. Although like a light branch contended are we to remain outside a school of Intellect ,and into the breeze. Intelligence is never ours to be held captive.
And so, HEART MEDITATION ( towards its inmost SPIRIT/SOUL of Life and Light) and a destiny away from bondage ( often for dead, backward ideas and concepts) and self-delusion. A destiny, not necessarily destained ( or is it?), but one of choice. And an individual's choice, that is. Why so? A life that's suicidal and committed, will find itself unble to be " repeated" in the next and following World Cycles. Individual's choice is to not let this happen- among a coming forward to assist others; even if- you don't think so- one by one, World Cycle after World Cycle. Once blown a bulb ain't fixed, but replaced. Still with following World Cycle is socket (i.e. Incarnation) left without a bulb ( i.e.Life-path); a "fault," or an "omission" to cause World-history behave like missing an essential wheel. Still-births may result- at least a reason for. So too premature miscarriages and infertility. Did Judas really took his own life? The Life-history of the Chirst is exactly repeated each and every World Cycle.
A personal choice into Yoga, Meditation, Devotion, Purity, etc.( Y&M) allows us to flee the MAYA,that vain idea of some on Life's transplantation (i.e. Rebirth) that one human form of embodiment (i.e.Incarnation) can go presumely for an animal's embodiment. Which more or less does leave us guessing at facts, thinkering with obscure theories; that while we aught accept the band-wave- blue of spectrum, as being red, or green, also white- somewhere universally indifferent, it yet bothers us not that their bookish barriers are mere bookish assumptions ( that blue is blue, red is red) for each and every "nook and cranny" of thought. A Life in a guise of a Light regardless dares enter through.
"...I shall now explain to you the knowable, knowing which you will taste ( regain your memory of your Divine Child Aspect, further attain true insights into Vedic Spirituality, become Self-Illumined and Self-Realized:ours). This is beginningless and subordinate to Me. It is called Brahma, the Spirit ( on one hand:ours), and it (i.e. QUANTUM EXQUISITE:ours) lies beyond the cause and effect of this materialworld (i.e. QUANTUM MUNDANE:ours). .. Everywhere are His hands and legs, His eyes and faces, and He hears everything ( all living things are replacement legs, hands, eyes, faces, ect- all living beings do go into a Deep State of Sleep, what better way to investigate ones true or false intents therein and unseen, unheard, unthought of:ours). In this way the Supersoul ( or Spirit/Soul of Life&Light:ours) exists ( allowing all forms of Life become the legs, hands,eyes,etc- only when not meditating,- when awake or dreaming:ours)...the Supersoul is the original Source of all the senses, yet He is without senses( outside Mind Meditation, inside a World Cycle, and does not need any:ours) . He is unattached, although He is the maintainer of all living beings. He transcends the Modes of Material Nature, and at the same time is the Master of all Modes of Material Nature...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
Within us all human-beings are there "possibilities" - called so for now- which are presently "inactive" and being inactive to us ( often going by unknown, or ignored), are then called/has one type of name, or meaning; but whensoever made "active" are then made known by another name/meaning. The living entity also takes on different names and their meanings the higher through Meditation ( and Internal Operancy) it advances, or is so transformed:- and why the differring terms as " Soul-you" and " Non-Soul-you," for example.
Thus naturally go you counting 1 2 3- and correctly (?). With Light of Atma now that one huge--though ever is very tiny-- truck in the way, you bound stop countinue counting/perceiving things as they were- as in 1 2 3 anymore: it's now but 1 2 A- the sequence changes; to get your " threefoldness." The '3' is missing, always seemingly been, must be spiritually aspired for and advanced towards in a meeting requiring two very subtle forces-- one of Evolution, the next of Elevation-- as to bring about Soul-Enlightenment. You cannot soon learn whether therein the pendulum-bob of Life is here cradled a Divine-Child- or as they would say, a living, growing " god-embryo," or not . It requires lots and lots of detachment oneself, even from ones (or better yet " Nature's") Life-identities. Mankind has always been creative ( thus his Creational Identities) and destrucitive (hence those Egotistic Identities).
It's a threefoldness that's not really threefold a grouping, but fourfold in total-- eventually becoming one-- : as in Spirit/Soul of Life and Light ( 1), Soul-you the Mental ( or Id-- 2), Light of the Atma ( A), and Divine Embryo/Child Aspect ( 3). Same with Cosmos to possess a Sun/earth- and a Jupiter/Mars-relationship. The old (i.e. inactive, restless) is merged with the new (i.e. active, resting); when neither aught be presently together. We all know that Waking does not occure with Dreaming at the same moment Yet an immanant,existing, middlemost an Aspect that's the Atma-- must be taken into any scientific consideration, if are we to begin exploring, and understanding things which possess " possibilities/natures" which're never theirs to use ( as parts, as wholes) in the first place. In atomic theory the Atma again aught not be around, if our present understanding of where and what atoms are, and behave. Nor should it be involved within our Life-sphere-- and true it doesn't-- and probably could tell why us humans are so much more different than mere piles of atoms.
An original Soul-arrangement, we repeat, does consist these three: the Divine Embryo/Child, the Soul-you/Id, the Spirit/Soul of Life and Light Dharmic. The Atma is then like any mediator- coming in-between for " Brahman, the Spirit ( should be 'Brahma/Spirit')" at one time and the Mind-Body as the Brahma/Spirit at another-- " everywhere are His hands and legs." The Atma/Brahma-Spirit " lies beyond the cause and effect of this material world." Thus later on our " Quantum Exquisite." The Supersoul ( i.e. Spirit/Soul of Life and Light) is the "original source of the senses," cause mainly without (or It having emanated) these things called " Psyche" and "Conscience", we couldn't out lived our days. Of course this puts Psyche as the typical hareware, and External Operancy as a natural software.
The Atma is both a Brahma/Spirit, once It remains non-discerned ( in our activities of Waking, Dreaming, Deep Sleeping) - and future home ( to which we get "becoming Atmanic") for a Dharmic-clad Id.Does It, the Atma exists?That's above Mind, World, the Intellect and Ego! But once these four are then by-passed and the Brahma/Spirit is about to become discernible ( when becomes IT nameless, non-owned, sensuous, " without senses"- therein Mind Meditation per se), then again the elctron/Dharmic-clad Id(?) the Atma remains but an Atomic God-number (of a neutron and electron both), promising to lead ( as a Will-o'-the-wisp through an unknown darkness. Its own "Quantum Esquisite") and Light-to-Light, but link oneself with ones only true Divine-Child-Aspect, within a boundless display of Soul- Illumination. To where the Light of Atma goes, you go: namely upwards and transcending.
This above paragraph may seem utterly confusing for are we seeking too much mesh many thoughts together. Here's what. That once oneself can "enter" the dark, void-like state of Quantum Exquisite and gets himself a perception, a true sighting of the Atma, moments will come when he must move on, but unlike other "moving-ons", you follow gaze and lead of the Atma as It heads upwards into the darkness until a point/level/height of configuration,or confluence where neither electron nor nuetron anymore will seperatedly exist as two different entities, but merged as one- the Atman! Reasons cause of such is more whereby a Void supports no voice, no speech. So don't go expecting a vocal relationship bewteen Student and Teacher therein- as other earthly student-teacher-relationships are. Elevated ( or advanced) you be silent- need to know this- not voice, not thought, not Telepathy- the appropriate means.
If as we've said that the Soul-you ( i.e. the living being) in a concept of its own singuality ( or oneness) would want meditate, it indeed bound reckon,doubt,fear a " becoming nothing/formless",or loosing everything, if even this it's rightly told is an one goal;- as were in merging in the Brahman/Formless/Beingless , though Mindlessness surely resembles the aforementioned.

The terrors of Death, Ignorance, or "evil" will sooner loose their meanings for a Non-Soul than a Soul-you. Percieve the latter as seed-in-the-ground and the former a growing sapling-tree in beautiful garden; whose upkeep knows the Spirit/Soul of Life and Light. In cafe do you purchase half-filled, or empty glass? If the former then same is what "auspicious activities" will mean. The greater is always much favoured than the lesser. And a Soul-being still has its Divine Child Aspect to further back it up. Besiding the Spirit/Soul of Life&Light all the more. So the when a Soul-you can dare recognize and respect a Purity, a Righteousness, a Dharma that's so great, so pure, so essentially its own, so untapped, and must want tap into ( perceive, or comprehend) this Dharmic ALL-BEAUTY/ALL-TRUTH Aspect ( i.e. the Life and Light of Spirit/Soul), which is more beautiful, truthful, intelligent than anything then and now hereupon earth- even the rich and the famous- great isn't it? And so true. Then who is to say what Nature does with the breathing, ain't usually had for the non-breathing, refusing-to-spout seed? Say many of the ancient Vedic texts pertaining Heart Meditation and the likes of the Spirit/Soul: an Ultimate Truth, an Ultimate Beauty, an Ultiminate Dharma. That not even the very Gods themselves can "cause him to un-be".
"...One who does not give up the fruits of his works ( especially while being momentarily into Meditation, herein 'works' might also refer to Intellect, Mind,Ego, World, Creativity, Destruction, Soul-you-Aspect, Power, Knowledge, Wealth, Fame, Thought, Passion, Reason, Ignorance, Desire; mainly the 'good worldly life':ours) achieves three kinds of results after Death: auspicious ( goes to the moon:ours),inauspicious (becomes a ghost- attaching itself to the earthly plane:ours), and mixed (goes for a temporal stay to the Netheric Level:ours). But those ( through their Humility/Dharma:ours) who are in the renounced order of Life have no such results to suffer, or enjoy ( these are said to go to the sun, when indeed they first came from:ours)...."....BHAGAVAD GITA....
Either how two things are sure about Yoga, few will have us fathom, as "opposite reactions," as distinct as the Poles, as inheritent as night and day- and their names consist the "Concentrated Breath" and " false Ego": moreso this you-personality of a Soul-being, or Me-Me-Me-Identity of possessive-trifles- which living and non-living things possess do; in their mind-tight space helmets- a prestige of character; since us mortals do not generally "...see that the Soul ( Its Divine-Child-Aspect and Its Spirit/Soul-Aspect:ours) is transcendental, eternal and beyond the Modes of Nature. In spite of his ( Soul-you the Mental:ours) contacts with the material body...."....BAGAVAD GITA
When you do enter MIND-MEDITATION( which should be only after you'ld been at HEART-MEDITATION'S inner Sanctum-Sanctum and therefore attained the Pure-White Light-ness of Dharma- don't expect to understand vastly and richly Dharma by any other means), prepare to meet with a saffron-clad " Light of the Atma"- as Mars seems in night-sky- indwelling a dark and wide-spread Void-space- we called "Quantum Exquisite"; to earth as "Quantum Mundane". Bravely and purely go into It. You have waited long and hard for "the Atma!
"...The embodied Soul may be restricted from sense-enjoyment, though the taste ( Creational Identities:ours) for sense-objects remains. But, ceasing such selfish-engagements by experiencing a higher taste, he is fixed in Consciousness( should be higher 'Atman's Consciousness: ours)...."BHAGAVAD GITA....
WITH YULETIDE YOGA our efforts shall be to show( not necessarily prove) that Life equals Mind; that you simply cannot have one without the other. Many living things are without a brain. Yet the fact that they several eat, sleep,dream must attest to Life, moreso the Mind (that entire form of these living things are but a brain, and little else?).Science speaks of a SEXUAL SELECTION with the animals, and little a thirst and search for more beautiful kinds of all a species, and the primal rejections given to those outwardly less-attractive. But to Heart-Meditation and Concentrated Breath through which both Mind and LIFE- thus MIND-LIFE could then be by-passed ( or momentarily be ignored, seeing that the Mind-Life is basically dependant upon a Soul-you inhabiting it- the Body) and whatever the various " demands" then ascertained: personally and privately. Cause our human-Life ( and therefore human-Mind) is nothing of ( yet "of," once Self-Realization is had) of an "Infinite Splendor"- else it directly now be enjoying what's infinite, and not what's finite- all this time- and such a splendor " naturally" - if we may- avoids Life and Mind mortal. Nonetheless don't expect the term " immortality" to naturally want fit itself herein. Immortality tends sharply towards Duality , Multiplicity, and "make believe", and no Single-ness, nor One-ness. That's not Yoga!
Look at single cell again ( which surely possesses multiple different compartment- when magnified- like an atom), how in becoming twofold, cells' twofoldness is soon loss forever, by branching themselves into four such cells. Cells' twofoldness within a Duality-etc. is but a Nature's of Life and Mind farce. Cell's own type of "singleness" isn't easily reproduced. Inside an Oneness of Infinity( hence the Attainment of SELF-REALIZATION) then promotes onefold-ness of two, or more "cell-Souls"- promoting no future biological form, no ecological sub-structures. Thus what basically finite would entail all of Mind and Life ( and Ego and Creation)- the MIND-LIFE, and little more. That if to achieve much greater a person goes further into YOGA and Meditation (i.e. Y&M).
If and whenever you are an one to learn of an Intelligence that's mainly undefiled and is highly renounced; then you could also know that that self-same Intelligence does not like to remain an Intelligence ( that's not properly practicing total renunciation and purity of Mind and Thought): thing or object. That Intelligence will abhor any limitation, so placed by, or from Iteslf, having an Objectivity ( or Identity). Especially when objectivity isn't inheritantly of Its own makings, doings, natures. That while an objectivitity ( such as "continuing a Creation," or World Cycle) may well balance the scale ( of Life), a balance to keep it flat, nameless, formless, brainless, sense-less- for betterment of things certain; again an outside betterment of things is existing, is awaiting its actual betterment ( or Liberation)- which 'balance' and neither a non-original betterment, nor distraction remains.
Thus physical energy will never be kept constantly behaving as an endless flow ( though it be a constant flow), not even with Expansion of Universe. Why it's brought at "Closure" time and time again.Aught depend on how much a very pure Intelligent can yet take , or do. True the sun(s) can shine forever it seems. But a concept of FOREVER-NESS, or "FOREVERALITY" is primarily a secondary tone, band, perception( after being filtered)- what we prefer call a "back-up," or non-white ( as in a pure white-beam of light) energy. A band of non-Dharmic energy.An "eternal" upstart!Its foreverality is largely dependant upon an Intelligent that's gracefully endless and beginningless. Big Bang ( in many a theory) has a " sort of a one-permanent beginning"- and why it's most untrue, ill-adviced, or misconstrued. When Big Bang ( or better still World Cycle) has and will have countless (more, repeating) so-called "beginnings and endings". The beginningless possesses no beginning: whether physical, mental, spiritual seen.Mind and Life, therefore Mind-Life is a non-Dharmic energy in most apperances.It's reflecting off pure-white Light of the Conscience.
Through HEART MEDITATION could one leave all non-Dharmic and pseudo-Dharmic energies ( identities and ideologies); for true pure-white Dharmic Life and Light of SPIRIT/SOUL ( though note that he never gets become this Spirit/Soul of Dharma, Life&Light the way It is, but can take forth some of Its illumination- unto Quantum Exquisite). He's no longer part and parcle of Mind-Life's back-up energy, or foreverality ( or External Operancy). Back-up battery ( i.e. the Finite) does what normal supply ( i.e. the Infinite) used(or ceased) to do. But is neither to last longer, nor become cheaper.This typically takes over when all else seem to have failled,be turned-off, becomes unplugged. To enter "Milk of Dharma," you'ld need go deep; very,very,very deep! Let things fall where they may- you meditate!

Percieve it as "other than yourself"- though swelling up from deep within yourself: uncorrupt and non-subversive a kind. Study it as would a new "ray of hope," whereby it promises "the more-Life." You know how they say that mind-expansion is in learning difficult things from numerous subjects? Well, with CON.BREATH such a requirement a nothing important. You literally don't need waste your Life-time/talent/path for foreign or local degree.

True knowledge is only had at entry into HALL OF KNOWLEDGE AND LIGHT- a distant place where all else are mere " bookish assumptions," and stepping-stones leading to or from one point and another. Even the Absolute Brahma(n) this Knowledge's Hall eventually enters for WORLD CYCLE to become at a Closure. In other words the "ABSOLUTE BRAHMA(N)" too attains a "direct perception" of SELF-REALIZATION.
But while institutional stepping stones are below ravine, in theory too is Concentrated Breath a safe and reliable bridge-crossing to bank of easy Discernment. You tone-down the pace previously set by yourself and soceity at large. A pace primative in most cases, if we may, for Mind yet dwells in an intellectual ( or a bias) cave.Mind expansion takes its subject like galaxy towards Edge(?) of Universe; from one point of origin to a point of dis-origin (or dis-oritination); as must logically followed.

With the Light of Atma ( therein and "above" Mind Meditation) is a brand new " Spirituality" thus had. It has no name, no form, no sudden quality, no meaning here outside ( inside " Quantum Mundane") Sphere of the Atma ( i.e. "Quantum Exquisite"). Only the Atma can cause oneself to become " Atmanic", or later-on " Kundalinic." And helps/guides us regain our Divine-Child-Aspect and God-nearness.
Transcendental Knowledge brings Mind out of the cold (realities of its cave, or an Intellect). Concentrated Breath so links oneself to this TRANS.KNOWLEDGE.Not that you suddenly get to be steam-lining vast amounts of books, paintings, musical-compositions. If anything your work contains power, forcus, character, leadership, strength of quality, and not necessarily is anymore guided by a memorized quantity. Of the Intellect, Ego, World, Mind. 16/10/01 "Without affection", and hardly ever "perfect knowledge" the key towards 'Perfect Knowledge' itself- and beyond. Since 'Perfect Knowledge' in itself is imperfect, in the sense whereby you only might possess but book-sense/knowledge, and nothing anymore real,or substantial; notwithstanding when is compared to Concentrated Breath, the seven Chankas, Soul-Illumination, Hall of Knowledge/Light, Self-Realization, and so forth.Knowledge of CON.BREATH no exaggeration. And even if it is( by ourselves or anyone), well it deserves the fan-fare!
"Good or evil" is clearly one indication of an unselfished and supernatural recognization; that all activities of this material world" are in actuality carried out by Nature,-" and none else. How this be? Remember Heart, through the lungs, inhales and exhales a rhythem of sorts-also Mind to some extent. A difficult subject we may want explore another day. Heart in exhaling will produce feelings of 'good or evil'- transmitting same feelings to Mind, Mind's Eye, and both external eyes. "See no evil" should likewise translate see no good( in returning over and over " to rounds of Birth and Death in this material world"). The Soul-you largely, and excessively deals too much with feelings that're never really going to become its, in the first place. Transcend these illusionary, transisting, useless emotions, and you bound transcend both evil and good in one stroke.

Its Chanka's easily opened- but difficult to hold sway.
A meditating Mind is braver (and truer) than you'll ever know. Within caterpiller's metamorphosis?Is it pair of butterfly wings-- of Soul-you and Non-Soul-you: Mind- and Mental-Control. And most Soul-beings ( here on earth) exactly are where caterpiller ain't even "borned" as yet, or just entering lava-pura stages. See from whence we're coming?
Nope? Short, or none: every human-form an attainment which is by far "twice heaven!" That is double (or two layers of--one on top of the other) greater than what they really are deemed today, or worth. Simply put is it carrying the meaning of two greatnesses, an extra greatness- from birds, animals, fish, ghosts, mountain-spirits etc. The Soul-you can either grasp, or fail grasp the very high standards that're already set therein the Body: such as with Spirit/Soul, Psyche, Conscience, the Concentrated Breath, Thoughtlessness, a Darkness-within, the Light of Atma, talant and so on. An infant speeding down highway at "120." Is surely one for misusing and abusing some very delicate panals and equiptments. Should this be so? Clearly not!- still it's happening regularly- thus our eyes aught gaze elsewhere. When infant "plays an adult," its childhood isn't only being forever compromised, but signs warning speed/selfish/greed limits are bound be overlooked and wantonly ignored.
But with CON.BREATH do we get ourselves just where a caterpillar should have best began. Indeed growth is slow, but sure. Still you find a mental-best-friendship bound prevails: you care the clutch, you watch the breaks; and mental-best-friendship becomes a transformed type of a telepathic-best-friendship- all due to the tune of CON.BREATH and HEART MEDITATION, and NON-SOUL the FORMLESS..
17/10/01 Without going any further, do we hope to have given more an understanding to "Meaning of Life." Cause a Discarnation of SOUL-you/being also comes into question. At some Levels higher "radar-bleep"of Discarnate does not even appear. Thus the wider experiences,freedoms,facts he lacks and so lacking, can't be considered "advanced," or "learned". And caterpillar here is butterfly ( i.e. Divine Embryo/Child) elsewhere simultaneous, and vice-versa. Think in two places you'ld measure butterfly for butterfly, Light-toLight, SOUL-ILLUMINED for SOUL-ILLUMINED, SELF-REALIZED for SELF-REALIZED? Within CON.BREATH those things to affect you here and there soon loose their "affections-disaffections," as in coldness-heat you tolerate better, so too to come is with hunger-thirst, joy-sorrow, strength-weakness, selfishness-selflessness, and so on.When awakened does CON.BREATH stand readily " Cobra of Kundalini." It's not " snake" you balance, but yourself!- to ride, to master, to not crave the Power; a Brahmic Power! A strange, yet very truthful verse-- to be " situated in Brahman". Though many are rather left to figure out for, or by themselves what the above quotation is saying to them personally. We spoke on caterpillars and cocoons. The latter cannot mean this, or that thing, thought,idea;and yet everything that's Yoga, Meditation, Vedas, Devotion, Dharma, Conpassion, Non-Violence, Concentrated Breath will add up. To actuallly gain the Brahman at Its point of Self-Realization, or the Lord Brahma-- there are differences thereabout-- at points leading up to same,- can be quite disturbing for both IT/HE/SHE/NEUTRAL-- the Brahman is void of Form and a Sexness; Yoga entails such-- and oneself. Because any mistake you let make must translate a ten-step backwards, even lower that the supposedly "lowest".
Some can easily settle for such a placing, or ranking. Others will prefer soft tones and shades-- the-don't-tell-us-too-much type-- should the Brahman actually awake them and share- what a-running they'll rather do. Still others just want to take comfort. And comfort they aught take aplenty- that whether Yoga the best discipline, the best PATH. Cause Gita is correct near an one-hundred percentage-- and in many ways than one.That had we( the Authors) never gotten to have provened what it so wonderously, and lavishly details- not us, surely not!- to be here telling you of things unknown-- and alongside Gita?!!
Which also translates that cobra's smaller and old, worn-out skin was CONCENTRATED BREATH in the first place, its shining, new, larger skin is rising Kundalini. Because in Kundalini; an Aspect of Vedic Spirituality some mortals want entertain merely as proof of its inner,occultic workings...it does exist: you needn't depend on BREATH, LIFE, LIGHT, MIND, EGO, WEALTH, KNOWLEDGE, POWER( of WORLD CYCLE- hence MAYA)-in order to continue existing. Kundalini must head towards a single type of an existence ( i.e. ones Soul-Illumination). AN existence Kundalini "knows" was always thereabout ( as if were destained to converge with) and ain't necessarily destoryed,created, nor re-created- as much seems else. Where Kundalini pertains to, we'll explore later on.Take one "mighty prominence" then having emanated from the sun, uproot and transplant selfsame mighty-prominence within the human-being, clad or seal it up- as to stay away from the unitiated- an "exterior Chanka-shell of a LIFE-BREATH." Like lightning to aim up, down, sideways, and recoil- and lightning strikes! You can't tell Kundalini "not sweep you off your feet". Whenever it chooses to- so you see where 'without affection' might translate?
So unlike the several discipilines being propagated as Vedic and Non-Vedic Knowledge. And Vedic Knowledge truely possosses neither doubt nor fear. Dual-Life ignores the One-Life: a Dharmic Life seeks forth the One-Yoga-Life: One-Life is an Infinite-Life. The Infinite/One-Life supports not the following notions: that angels fell from their graces( -true angelic grace, if even, is like fruit's outer and inner ripenesses - meant in this case, to have been " permanently fixed", sacredly ripened forever!), and only the Western Mind speaks of angels and is ever perceiving these whether for good ,or bad. An Eastern Mind knows nothing of angels,or their interventions ( whether again for evil, or good); blames/praises he not a single one for his rise, or downfall. An angel-belief a conformity of ones otherwise God-/demon-fearing, or higher/lower belief-system. Like ones ever-changing Super-Ego, which least survives long after his very own Discarnation.Like "... Material enjoyments ( and or sorrows:ours) , which are due to contact with the material senses...." ( Gita). That certain ascetics could sooner be turning themselves into having much lawless, heinous obessions ( whatever its damages a sword is still a sword, and will often be so guided- by its own natural "swordiness").That a spat of Ignorance is bliss ( re-check so far the "lows' therein ones very Life-path), survival for the fittest ( how so-called " Sexual Selection" been arrived at by Science?), proverty of wealth a crime, and such. Why?
20/10/01 A closing of the eyes, just thinking to make a "meditation"; can begin unleashing,or feel you deep down, energies from the Heart: pure cleansing,energizing.Like gales of wind to also not produce rain and cloud, ache and pain- should oneself remain conscious though Knowledge of Mindlessness into absorbing to engage ( or not) such Heart-energies(i.e. the Wei!). Hence the term "Telepathic"- hinted previously ourselves.
"To practice Yoga, one should go to a secluded place ( or room:ours) and should lay...on the ground...a soft cloth. The seat should be neither too high nor too low and should be situated in a sacred (or private:ours) place. The Yogi should then sit on it very firmly and should practice Yoga ( or HEART MEDITATION,or SPINAL MEDITATION:ours) by controlling the Mind and the senses ( i.e. as in Mindlessness,Mental Closure/Control, Thoughtlessness, Actionlessness:ours) , purifying the Heart ( i.e. as in Mantra Meditation:ours) and fixing the Mind on one point ( or purpose, or intent- not 'centred':ours)...One should hold one's body, neck, and head erect in a straight line (i.e.of.Lotus-position,Spinal-Meditation:ours) and stare steadily at tip of the nose( our underline: staring at tip of nose is really for an Aspirant/ Adept into Mind Meditation. A little advice- place white bit of cream or toothpaste on nose-tip- if with practice all you are visualing becomes something as one hugh tear-drop, to those fashioned above Muslim mosques, or like were hallucinating-" seeing double" of a distant object, and you actually could sustain viewing fake-object just as long, or even more than real-object; then how nearing close are you to opening, perfecting the Crown-Chanka- into prematurely unleashing the KUNDALINI-, and therefore were advancing-see the next paragraph:ours ). Thus, with an unagitated, subdued Mind, devoid of fear, completely free from sex-Life, one should meditate upon Me( as LORD KRISHNA, scenes and verses of BHAGAVAD GITA, the LORD VISHNU, the localizd PARAMATMA, the LASHMI MOTHER, the DURGA MOTHER, the SARASWATI MOTHER, a bright-painted white wall, a lit candle, etc.:ours) within the Heart ( see why its Heart Meditation?Most books will tell you to forcus at the centre of ones Mind first and foremost, while the recipe says otherwise and then Mind Meditation:ours) and make Me the Ultimate Goal of Life...."BHAGAVAD GITA....
Nose-gazing could soon bring you to split as if were literally two, a double candle-flame. For the more-advanced person a-splitting of a full-moon whereby two " fullmoons" he "sees"- a true-- the one not seen before-- and a false moon. Within Internal Operancy the full-moon from an External Operant an one considered to be a fake. With these two "moons" the purpose is (1) to keep them much apart as were your out-stretched palms;(2) you then momentarily but ignore these, preferring instead but concentrate, or study the space that's in-between; (3) doing so heightens the Mind, can knock it off its feet, cause it will want feel frighten at first, and also curious to learn, as if was beginning to astral-travel, or move through this vast and uncertain " space"; (4) Two full-moons ( moreso after a rainy, tropical day) simultaneously shinging unto the Mind's Eye of oneself (one to left-eye, the other on right-eye) can become as just as powerful as the Soma, or the sacred Ganja. How far one goes/aims must depend upon his healthy, Vedic disposition.
Furthermore a catch-22 (i.e. an either-or) scenario but HEART.MED provides an individual: the Mindlessness of the NON-SOUL( and because you cannot see the NON-SOUL, means not that it doesn't exist- just as you cannot see rain, before its cloud- condensation), and its willingness to entirely do away with most material, vain, sensual theories/things; nonetheless a Mindfulness of the Soul-you-- that educated are you, one of the finest, needing no other instruction, is happiest of them all; so why put oneself through countless days of sadness, isolation, loniliness, fasting, prayer, chasity, compassion, Yoga, Meditation and the likes. Yours the choice.
"...One whose happiness is within, who is active within ( hence an Actionlessness, or Closure of External Operancy:ours)" , who rejoices within (heart-energies are often both disalarming and soothing; it's when you choose go a little deeper into it - that's NON-SOUL, the 'Zero or the TELEPATHIC- then this happiness a proof between Mindfulness/External Operancy and Mindlessness/Internal Operancy; the later enhances!- void of a sex-life, also means to avoid sexual-fantasties- whence the term 'rejoices-' but this a silent, quiet, conscientious, non-erring, soft sort of joyfulness- seeing that you're not at the moment being bothered by a Mind full of instinctive, unsettling anticipations: common with a restless Mind- see the following paragraph:ours) and is illumined within (readily a clear reference to Mind Meditation and the Light of Atma, since Heart Meditation to be largely done in the dark,the darker ones room the better- though a lit candle be placed behind oneself:ours), is actually the perfect Mystic( ... a transcendentalist engaged in auspicious activities does not meet with destruction, either in this world or in the spiritual world; one who does good, My friend, is never overcome by evil: Gita's). He is liberated in the Supreme (not as fish in a net, nor bird in a cage; is 'libreated' therein a NON-CREATION: outside, far away from the 'Supreme', Laws of karma&Rebirth and World Cycles. It's our suspect that Gitan verses were meshing, catch-twenty-two-ing twofold HEART-MED. and MIND-MED., as if they are generally one and the same an approach. Wrong or right their approachings- is the Knowledge yet thereabout for us to learn and make full use of:ours) and ultimately he attains the Supreme...A true Yogi observes Me in all beings, and also sees every being in Me. Indeed, the SELF-REALIZED MAN sees Me everywhere and sees everything in Me, I am never lost, nor is he lost to Me...."BHAGAVAD GITA....
But if are you, within Mindlessness, then getting for the first time to perceive and experience the Lord Brahma/Atman-- a second-present, although not a second-past ( or moment ago), the Brahma/Atman always moves onward and upwards-- as if there were presently no other Brahma ( of/from the Brahma World/Level) as in and remember? "...This is beginningless and subordinate to Me . It is called Brahman, the Spirit...." Gita. The "Me" herein can and aught become oneself in transcending, in getting for the very first time a trust that's so great to personally experience an Occult, a Spirituality unknown-- since no longer the motor of Life that's being off, but on and moving, living, existing, powering itself to the One-Yoga-Life-- and "...It is beyond the Cause and Effect of this Material World...." Gita.Which is really beyond any human-understanding which hasn't yet an experience, a learning of same. Meaning what? Meaning that the Brahma/Atma-- in becoming "an"- should be "the", as with ('A true Yogi observes Me in all beings, and sees all beings in Me') Atman. The proper concept here's that because the Brahma is at the "moment"- ( of Crown Chanka, per se) but seeking bring oneslef up and yonder a Consciousness, a limitation of the Atmanic (and even Soul-Illumination) simply has not the last word, is no "final goal", yet one of very great import for any individual's (of ourselves an "aspiring Yogin", or "Soul-Illumined Yogin"- an Atman is an Atman proper) progression into Vedic Spirituality, or better still an Atmanic Spirituality. And why?

Looking downward ( from range of the Atma/n) then everything of an "one undivided spiritual nature" can make all-the-truthful sense, but from upwards ( hereupon, below Level of the Atman) would this verse best be transported as-
"...The Knowledge by which one sees that in every different body there is a different tpye of living entity is Knowledge in the Mode of Passion ( then why the claims of Self-Perfection by many merely having taken up the Path?- we just don't understand:) ...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
Meaning again that child grows up, child gets keys to the family-car, child not yet grown, child gets driven around, or car-pooled.. Grown-up " an Atman", or finally getting oneself become the Atman, is like being provided all the parts and parcles of World Cycle upon a platter, having that one opportunity to do as whatever one pleases- but from all the powers, knowledges, fortunes of the/a Lord Brahma. The "yogin's" renunciation, and purity of intent must be tried and tested, irrespective a knowing,or not that such is being done. Here also is Gita very brave- to have complied, and compared statements which do worth investigating- even centuries after- and nonetheless remain true and exact. Cause as the Atman is an Aspirant indeed, or one-- thus the 'undivided' a flat line, personality-void, without vallys and swells; like therein the "Concentrated Breath"- and why the Lord Brahma breaths not- in every respect. One hugh, and single-most BREATH holds the Lord Brahma within a psychic-guise of the Lord Shiva- in Hour's Meditation.

Renunciation usually requires lots and lots of time and energy to perfect, and especially lots and lots of yogic activities and inactivities. " Foul ones" only the best of us can avoid safely- and even then-- remains Renunciation but a name, a noun, less an activation of Internal Operancy. That in short no error, no perfection, no jumping: how Renunciation sinful/sinless unfolds. Renunciation without experience "good or bad" just ain't a Renunciation at all, even when It be consider is achieved. Destiny unites what's Fate.

22/10/01 Blame us for such excessive Gitan verses: we'll accept! But (1) not every Western Mind is that familiar with Bhagavad Gita; (2) a concept we soon want explore bound offer some insights these Gitan quotations do patronize, (3) such a quotability could easily render us embrace, introduce, accept topics " not necessarily" of an original design- at least from ourselves, per se,(4) are we largely by ourselves, almost alone, if we're to go along, or even fathom beyond things Gitic ( as if this be), and its extractions. Cause where Gita seemed to have settled or moved a point, or we'ld like re-exam. (5) Our primary purpose remains to show more than rather prove ( for such you need do your very self) some of the more hidden facets of "Science of God(-head)-" of which a little know-how should be better and enough.
(6) Many ideas for us, do come "fast and furious"- that you might be asking yourselves but " where's anything on HEART MEDITATION?" Least of all to care whether or not the pen is really ours. And 'Science of Godhead' could require several years, even Life0times, to begin perfecting at great lengths. Transcendence is truely, if ever attained, so wonderful to have!Yet quite dangerous to fool around within likes of self-conceitedness. And even if were so fetched, there can be, aught not be a turning back ( because of a fear to loosing something, whatever is dear and precious), can't cry that you're not most-readied, but a going forward unto an intrinsic, intimate intrivacy- you could least expect from it to go you selfish own-way, don't try bend it to your will. Many a self-conceited Aspirant, not understanding, nor obeying, nor heeding what Selflessness/ Dharma- and why the Life and Light of the ULTIMATE SPIRIT/SOUL- truely means, filled-up with manifold lusts, angers, fears, desires, doubts, cravings, misconceptions; been set-up-to-fail! Although befitting "terms and conditions" of TRANSCENDENCE/SPIRITUAL-KNOWLEDGE...ponder on Black-Holes, a bit longer.

(7)As with reason-6, it seems like we keep biting off more than we might safely chew. It was never of our first intent to be going such great distances on apperant 'Science of GODHEAD' one way or the other. Cause many a reader is still going to miss the point, especially in their haste to knowing more, in learning of things they were never in the first place been prepared for both mentally and spiritually- moreso physically? Would it matter larger if we came out direct and said that HEART-MED. an intrauterine affair- whereby each step a womb-equation? That plenty the stuff you did yesterday are now so perilous, so foolish, if made to continue on today- and specially when one haven't yet achieved anything from HEART-MED., for his time he spent therein.. Would you really want to know why? And now just told- still are you not pleased ?
(8) "Moreso physically"- indeed has Meditation countless health benefits and we'll gladly all want practice it for such a purpose: gearing ones Meditation towards such a single goal, like so many others, simply just ain't good and pure a Meditation. Meditation is no quick-fix-it-all. Percieve it as same and you just don't achieve the "results of both." You meditate because deep down in yourself became you however minute aware that not everything's right with your world, on ones physio-psychological plane. Without shade, how do you tolerate a burning sun- the fiery trials of Life? Will shade ( like HEART-MED.) suffice? Everything cannot be right upon the PHYSIOLOGICAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL and why "you've became aware." Now take this awareness of yours into Meditation.
(9) People have this about them: that Mind controls them and not the other way around- that they exactly are the ones to be first in control of a disciplined Mind. We see Mind Control their greatest disadvantage! Cause you're not only letting a grand thing yogic ( i.e. Mind- look again at a returning boomerang) go to waste; are you also causing vast opportunities, resourses,energies,leaps yet slowly-quickly pass you by. And these in truth have little or nothing to ever loose: nuking world least solves a problem; from a seemingly endless form of conceited-bondage unto a final release (i.e. Moksha).

The paint-stains are those- not Soul-you's, nor Incarnate's- becoming good, passionate, ignorant. Here is that most Soul-yous are really playing the part. Like unholy worms to a corpse are these role-acting paint-stains of Material Nature alive and feeding. The External Operant thinks he does such an activity-transfer for and by himself. The lights from various "stars" behave the same, that you think star is there, when in fact star has long disappeared from the scene. Probably which could have happened similar with ones Divine Child-Aspect. Mindlessness, Thoughtlessness, Selflessness entail no material glass-pane-concept the higher, the undisciplined, the trouble. Cause herein a Meditation instantly are you then placed outside the Stream of the things of External Operancy, Time, Space, World Cycle, activity-transfers, threefold Modes of Material Nature and the sorts. Doing Goodness is but one credit, and no dollar, no "coin of the Realms."

Know if we, some WORLD CYCLES thence- had done so? For true ask, then answer yourself. Cause as sure "as is" will your boring/liberating mundane life-path be re-experienced by another readied ( and just as excited, professional) SOUL-being (like yourself was) at another sunset/rise! And most a Discarnation a monotonous seclusion- where you hardly might meet "someone" that's higher, or more advanced. Heard about Life-previews experienced soon after our deaths? It's a sham. Life-reviews are normally done prior ones incarnation (into the flesh; lasting for about four or five days until you will then decide personally for yourself if to enter such an Incarnation [ or not]- before its "birth"-- up till the ages of four,or five you have whether change your mind--).So that is there really no use into repeating this "process,"- to teach what lesson? Is SOUL-being that foolish? Is Creator knowledgeless, or Knowledge-based? When a brand-new WOR.CYC. always sends us all back into Time. In itself Fate's, and the Godhead's primordial Time-machine!

Never thought your self-own, self-made existence a nothing but a rap-sheet the Creator ( and yourself) read long before you were even thought of- as in becoming an Incarnated Soul-you! (so long as there're a Brahma Day, and Night):- these " Moders of pro-Goodness, pro-Passion,or pro-Ignorance-" with experiences of hundreds ( perhaps even thousands) of WORLD CYCLES "under their belt" can find themselves being, or becoming more and more unconsciously and superstitiously adamant at a 'cultivation of Spiritual Knowledge!- whenever, and however ways it comes. You ask why certain folks could act-out certain wicked deeds and remain "cold,cold,cold". Think just like that had Nature such persons spew-up unconsciously, and unceremonially from the "gates of Hell?" If the 'CULTIVATION OF SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE' they continue treating as cave-bats to natural and artifical lights: WORLD CYCLE after WORLD CYCLE!
Cause "SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGLE" tells an individual kindly yet forcefully- not the over-indulgences he would want fairer hear- but what he has to do with "charity, sense-control...non-violence" be directly and appointing said. Especially in the "purfication of ones existence." And moreover when against a back-drop that another, some unsuspecting Soul-you (not everything of Life-preview is remembered- suggesting that Soul-you/being has something of a memory, to begin with) bound wear his own soil or proper boots ( i.e. Life-path). That here we have heard of friends having a not-too-timid laughter cursing at the "GODHEAD"; When truth and in fact all have they done was to curse/hate the one Soul-you( of last WOR.CYC.) who left their present Life-time in such a perilious mess, or themselves for the mess too they'll be soon leaving! And is it all due to a/their lack of "self-purification ( therein Heart Meditation)".
Here's a different recognization about our so-called " Theory on REPETITIONISM," and HEART MEDITATION.Since in the latter a " godly atmosphere" thus prevails- as if were you stepping from basically one ungodly type of destiny and unto a 'godly' destiny. Our present fortunes-misfortunes been subtly manufactured but WORLD CYCLES gone- affecting those to come. Think things change as more anticipated you'ld become- that indeed they will change? Or happen before their moments? Does the Godhead approve? The human out-look on Spiritual Knowledge has for much too long been a short-sighted, and deadly one. He knows everything, yet nothing.

We strongly suspect that Arjuna couldn't been taught much more on HEART-MED.Cause simply shall he be no longer part and parcel, nor even been that spiritually obligated to the battle-field. His remaining status as a Soul-you would. A status of a NON-SOUL-you wouldn't.
"...One who is, however, taking pleasure in the Self, who is illumined in the Self, who rejoices in and is satisfied with the Self only, fully satiated - for him there is no duty...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
For many of us is it easier to grasp an idea of External Operancy- seeing Internal Operancy but non-existence. "For him there is no duty," appears to be saying that being " satisfied with the SELF only" also has 'no duty.' There is a duty within as without, which we've rather called "INTERNAL OPERANCY." Whose serenity is Meditation. Save within INT.OPER. there's a "GESTALT OF KUNDALINI" whose duty or activity is to reach the Aspirant outside and beyond TIME, SPACE, PLANETRY- and TRANSCENDENTAL SYSTEMS. Sure there's no 'duty' for an EXTERNAL OPERANT now an INTERNAL co-OPERANT. Duty-bound though a GESTALT OF KUNDALINI, therein INTERNAL OPERANCY become so fashioned.

The " SUPREME BRAHMAN" in other words does become and not-/non-become; the Soul-you too becomes and not-/non-becomes.As a Non-Soul, therein HEART-MED. is it very difficult to define " Non-Soul" by the usual norms of "fabric fashions," or "passion fashions," or within the wordy means we have all grown quite accostumed to.

On the topic on Heart-Meditation-- there is and isn't.The "REPETITIONISM" earlier described by us, is almost like a raft sitting on the stream of Space and Time. Are thereabout, but just do not mix. And why we human-beings are all the less likely to actually learn of or ever experience what's true Time-Space; as with Future itself and Kundalini. Godhead can function, or move outside our 'Repitationism' as easily as night follows day. Though it's not directly left for Him/Her to interfere, or meddle with said Repetationism, any more than one would an engine in first gear. Yet Godhead too, is free to choose which or what way things go, that are those things necessarily up to His/Her care. Largely though are they left all to them selves, and " in first gear", and in a Good Continuation.
But because ones like a fly to the web of Life, means little what he enjoys or not. He is to stand firm- and letting go of the things he dearly loves, even though he could at any given day.And wherefore the terms " Internal Operancy" and "External Operancy"- to help us carefully balance the scale. Let's take a long road forward:

"...The working senses are superior to dull matter, Mind is higher than the senses; intelligence is still higher than the Mind; and he[the Soul(Gita's)] is even higher than the Intelligence...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
In most cases has Knowledge of " he[the Soul]" been greatly exaggerated, under-rated,poorly advertised, wrongfully accused, condemned, and karma-ed- basically for things not necessarily of its true, inward worth. On becoming a " DISCARNATED," is Soul-being the least likely to be " affected by it's once-earthly sinful actions/activities, as the "Lotus is untouched by water". Since to World of Activies it is already heading towards. Say this isn't only possible therein Meditation, and which cannot be,for to eventually get oneself move unto another level/door is automatically to begin enjoying,or not what other level/realm has to offer indeed. We sleep and dream, sorrow or enjoy dream- but upon awakening (at our Discarnation? ) are we not judged, nor held down/back for having same sensual, or subtle , or mundane a dream. True they say that dreaming an aspect of the Sub-conscious (Level). Are often indications of our deprivities, wants, and desires. We doubt it's only for such reasons that we dream; merely because it's always as if Sub-conscious been acting against our every wish,- as deadliest foe!- in providing therein dream the selfsame things it knows we can't become delighted in- in our wakings- in the very first place. Dreaming is like a reality that's other than something which repeats itself over and over- without any let up. Sub-conscious possesses no characteristic, no friendship, no logical language. Who or what would "manufacture" the likes of which: neither Nature, nor Godhead? If Life is to teach us each and every lesson-- true and real, not untrue and pretensive. Not Mind-Body- mind you. Mind-Body needn't retain all the information Sub-conscious is said to strive well on. Mind-Body, and Ego in most instances; but "lives for today". It's an engine that's running. Whether passanger, mechanic,driver; engine either runs smoothly, or none at all. This its nature. Not its Consciousness, not its Sub-conscious. Heart-lessons are so different from that of the Psychologist-all. What the Psychologist calls "Sub-conscious" is exactly what the Intellectual call "Intelligence". Indeed 'he[the Soul]' is even "higher than the intelligence." Dreaming been simply the removing of the Intelligence- once detached from, or for most into Meditation is renounced,or made actionless- from one State of Existence for another-- though possibly higher,or lower State of Existence; and so stretched for its usual fares of physio-psychological activities/enjoyments- as done and achieved hereupon earth,or waking state. So that much a-dreaming is into denial, withdrawals, physio-psychological-inhibitions, and nothing more. You stifle,or hold the Breath and the body reacts on a similar vein. Cause in darkness we sleep,almost too in darkness we meditate- and could confuse the positions given to Intellect at sleep- as surfer a great-white-- to which you can go so far as to forget about our Repetitionism-idea. Cause Intelligence it's been said is typically what moves us unto supposedly greater or lesser actions, non-actions and their co-responding reactions.
So naturally we've been led to believe that a great intelligent will always push itself to attain some measure of progress, maturity, closure, elevation: a not-so-great-intelligent but the opposite ( " actions, non-actions and their responsible reactions"). Intelligence is simply either major or minor a league. Perhaps the greatest possession, if forming one lively modus operandi.Still is Soul-you ( a terminology we perfer use) higher than: both Intelligence and an Intellect. So that however great an intelligence, it can never, never, never match, lock-horns-with, or be considered as "greater" than the Soul-you, nor even " lust": were the word lust then inserted.
"...Thus knowing oneself to be transcendental to material senses, Mind and Intelligence, O Mighty-armed Arjuna, one should control the lower self by the Higher Self and thus- by Spiritual Strength- conquer this insitable enemy known as lust...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
Somewhere long ago we read why the Soul-you incarnates was because it had done its job-on-earth so perfectly that it can now better go on to improve and elevate another Life-path- for a less-developed Soul-you to inhabit and also so advance itself. Being fully aware that Knowledge and Detachment are forms of Advancement too.Somewhere as in waking or dreaming, of course. But the point is that said Gita on Soul-you's utter beauty could never befit a pinch of condemnation: from voice, Mind, or Reality. Soul-you is really at stage of a motor in first gear, its already "running," or working, and it's only after many countless RPMs ( or Life-times) may it then be judged, and even then you wouldn't best be right.
Lust is defined a "strong desire for sexual gratification; any strong desire- vi. have passionate desire."
"Knowing oneself to be transcendental to material senses, Mind, Intelligence". Should also include becoming transcendental (i.e.immune) to World Cycle, Past-life regressions, mundane thoughts, feelings, actions. No use performing whatsoever the Meditation, if you cannot get this right- that you've lived before, had even one past-life, been already through the rigors of such a past-life- whether satisfied or not- that no Life-time could ever truely satisfy ones "passionate desire": today, tomorrow, yesterday. Whatever the " sexual orientation!" We hazard " SELF-CONCEIT" as being more dangerous and insidious than lust. Since the latter is generally a ' strong desire for sexual gratification' and Self-conceit- to dictionary- " an over-high opinion of oneself, ones abilities, etc.:vanity."
Self-conceit a danger to HEART-MEDITATION, CONCENTRATION BREATH and YOGA-
Intellect fuels ones Self-Conceit as condensation but rain. So that whenever we look at our yesterdays and get beginning a-questioning on things- are we really facing,opening, sourcing from our deeper selves what answers were themselves fruitfully clinging unto either our Intellect- in the guise of an Intuitation, or that here it's just a part of Repetitationism that's presently taking place. Though our review/reaction would hardly support us, even take ourselves as doors of Repetitionism. Cause--
"...Even the intelligent are bewildered in determining what is action and what is inaction...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
Go, could be, therefore are we at a troubled, poor, greatness, or lapse of Intellect: blaming and leaving the queastion as that.
"....O Dhananjaya, all this work cannot bind Me. I am ever detached ( do note and observe this one word:ours) , seated as though neutral...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
A mere 10% of Mind we generally use. And why so is simply because of Intellect,or Mind-Control.We love controlling others:in love and war. No Meditation, and you keep packing thoughts/ideas into a poorly fashioned thing-of-a-Mind. Which Meditation and Concentrated Breath promptly but re-fashion. You know how vast a span is present Cosmos. No Meditation, and ones mental-span of a Cosmos could be made to literally fit into his own palms, or pockets.Same with Godhead, whose ideal-possessions of a Cosmos/Universe wouldn't surely fit into anything great,or small as we know- much less for " in His hands'. When our mental-span of Cosmos-- due to Heart- and Mind Meditation, Concentrated Breath, Soul-Illumintation, and so on-- bound surpass entire Cosmos, Universe, World Cycle/Creation, Time-Space, Timelessness-Spacelessness--seeing that we've already been there.Open your mental-span of Cosmos as you would a Chinese-fan: parts going upwards, parts going downwards, parts yet lateral, and ruminate, or meditate.
"Be steadfast in your duty, O Arjuna, and abandon all attachment to success or failure. Such evenness of Mind is called Yoga...One who restrains the senses and organs of action, but whose Mind dwells on sense-objects, certainly deludes himself and is called a pretender...Work done as a sacrifice for Vishnu has to be performed (the lighting of sacred flame, the offering of oblation to the Gods, parents, and ancestors, etc.:ours), otherwise work binds one to this material world. Therefore, O son of Kunti, perform prescribed duties for His satisfaction, and in that way will always remain unattached and free from bondage...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
Not only is 'self-conceit' a danger to HEART MEDITATION, so too is sense-gratification.They "compact" the Mind-Body.
"...That happiness derived from the contact of the senses with their objects appear like necter in the beginning, but at the end it is just like poison. Such happiness is said to be in the Mode of Passion...That happiness which in the beginning and the end is blind to the process of Self-Realization and is based on sleep, laziness and illusion is said to be in the Mode of Darkness...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
And yet is in total darkness one/we happier meditate/s. "Playing possum" is probably the best way to describe Heart-Meditation. Cause it demands getting as closest as possible to a form of total/complete Selflessness, Actionless-ness, Thoughtlessness, and Mindlessness. You aught be void of all lights, sights,emotions, voices, noises, colors, memories,sounds,movements,concepts, knowledges, insights, wild-imaginings; as if having eventually rid oneself of ...

10/11/01 Herein on the first few attempts you might focus less on Breath-, Thought-, Mental-, or Mind-control. These could always be personified later. Remember too that you are into a Discipline, a "YOGA SYSTEM" to require months, even years to begin perfecting and mastering. A couple tricks thus remain; concentrating more on keeping "head, neck and spine as straight as possible". For doing so has been professed becomes- "SPINAL MEDITATION". It's almost "second nature" the human walks upright. But often the snag is that the human cannot properly also sit upright- moreso whenever short of a chair. And drilling oneself, Breath, Mind, Body this way "early in the game" could not only assist an individual through higher and difficult kinds of Meditation, Breath-Control, Mental Control, or his remaining longer minutes "in the Lotus." But cause him construct too a thing as a MEDITATOR'S PRISM- and you know what prism can create using beam of pure-white light. Many good books on Meditation&Yoga are readily available.
Dawn or twilight do practice SPINAL-MED., till neither you, spine, body, Mind,Heart, nor BREATH will object quick-feel disconcerted? More a wonderous than stern convention. Just some minutes, day by day, seeking more and more get and keep it right. In fact you'll be finding yourself refusing many an unnatural chair. And be so seated! We never got meditating in excess of three hours. But been stripped or denied ( also blessed) again many a material,mental, emotional, sensual possession. People ask why this curse be- wherefore turn millionaire into a pauper-something soon after he began a-meditating. As if you take the good with the bad in these cases. They want gain this much without having to sacrifice that much! Does HIGHER SELF enjoys?
Recall GITA'S "...one should control the lower self by the Higher Self...." It's possible like saying that much of latter needs not intelligence, Mind, false Ego ect. in order ( to assure, or validate itself)for its basic existence and therefore aught demand " a moving on", a going forward, a taking a firm yet straight forward stance and unto another Level of Self-Analysis, or Self-Introspection. Higher Self want learn and explore, and justify its own "higherselfness," its own "majesty", its own existence- will make this known therein Soul-Illumination- and simply cannot do so in ways contrary to its very own Nature or Maturity. Firstly put is this much acclaimed HIGHER SELF but a more-refined Aspect of Ego- not as false Ego, but an Ego-Mind of Self-Realized Yogis. You'll discover that not only yourself a-learning, been wanting explore and experience more, to have a partnership, and still an independence with HEART-MED.So too secret,or none, is false Ego literally not that false- yet in a way one'll least likely suspect- its UNIVERSAL!Cause Internal Operancy hasn't began. And by "Universal" do we mean of its vast knowledge of Universe- its a great scholar, but when comes to tying its own shoes- as in Internal Operancy- it fumbles and tumbles.And delays ( a moving on).

The Over-Self we do know to be the unknown " Brahma/Spirit" of last World Cycle, and has crossed over unto this present-one- severally fitting right within "...the Law of Sequence: under which law, we learn that everything proceeds from something and it is succeeded by something...." Taken from the book: Zolar's Encyclopedia of Ancient and Forbidden Knowledge....
With such a Law in mind, let's define it some more. On each instance you photocopy a document the copy-quality bound fades every time you choose to photocopying said copied-document, next copied-document, next,next copied-document and so forth. So original is the 'Brahma/Spirit', Over-Self (an Aspect you avoid too much a-worshipping, a-heeding, a-claiming Is- of "Higher Conscious"), and then Ego; as wherefore first World Cycle, second World Cycle, and third World Cycle respectively- remembering too 'that everything proceeds from something', even Soul-Illumination; though "something" ain't and cannot remain solely and dependently upon only this present World Cycle. It just will never make good sence, irrespective the Good Continuations and Closures of them.
The Zolar's book also provides us with five other such Laws (to which while we can't presently go into- and will perfer had a further interpretation and our own treatment- but aught herein suffice are): 1."... Orderly Trend-- we have order in Cosmos, from the Sun to the atoms, and the law of cause and effect. 2. The Law of Analogy-- we have correspondence and agreement regarding the various forms of manifestationa and when we know one, we know- 'as above, so below'. 3. The Law of Opposites-- a thing is and isn't; if we carry opposite things to their extremes, they are alike, as in extreme light, we cannot see, or in the darkness we do not see. 4. Law of Sequence. 5. The Law of Balance-- we find that everything has its opposites: Love,Hate,Pleasure, Pain...it requires the opposite to give us balance. 6. The Law of Cyclicity-- everything seems to move in circles...we are able to work the circles into spirals for the purpose of progress and attainment...." Zolar's Ancient & Forbidden Knowledge....
Thus Law of Sequence must include other unheard-about, and seemingly far-fetched alternatives of and for itself; such as an Original and a copied-Original, even go so far as a copied-copied-Original, or a copied-Copy. The Heart Chanka's Spirit/Soul of Life&Light, the Crown/Mind-Chanka's Light of the Atma, the Divine Child of Soul-Illumination, a Soul-you the Mental are themselves but true-true Originals to ( and seperate from ) the 'Law of Analogy'-- moreso as "They" do exist outside Quantum Mundane, and so cannot rightly be compared alongside with things that are deeply "sensual and sensuous" in nature.
So hence why false-Ego ( i.e. of a pride, conceit, envy, lust, ambitition, Intellect, etc.) may or may not always want you meditate,or even dares your,or others authority, in its practice, or completetion.Its side is universe and will tell you everything pertaining Universe and Over-Self (supposedly of Godhead/Creator too and alot)- were you wanted, though definately often ill-advised, or disguised as being real, we may remind you. So you'll begin slowly loosing things like material wealth, lovers, fortune, health, sanity, grace and so on; if to maintain, "to give us balance". Might even include some more of these to either guide, accept or reject your ways . Not that they don't reappear the moment you cease meditate indeed for it cannot really leave you seperated by yourself from Itself: grow, live, evolve. Like helpful servant is it ( as were turned under Law of Analogy as an Over-Self-- recall what we've said on one undivided spiritual nature), and will perfer coach a servant (i.e. an Intelligence) than a master (i.e. a cold Intellect). Outside Meditation/Internal Operancy is "Presence" of Godhead a taboo- to Gita's "...He transcends the Mode of Nature...." Once outside Transcendence, or Internal Operancy; you don't reach mountain-top by sticking only with the valley. Truth, Beauty, Dharma, also Life and Light Dharmic do transcend Modes of Material Nautre, Mundane Level, or External Operancy. And whyfore these aforementionmned not only do not belong to our random Quantum Mundane, but little, or none of them are best (can even become) manifested hereupon. For saint to "see" a vision thereof and external; well he is just not truely seeing, and must remain thinking of the External, while he could be ignoring what's better, what's Internal and logically "transcends the Modes of Nature".
It's only fair that self-same action also come with its own opposite reaction. Then what really do you have besiding LIFE, BREATH,DEATH- not Meditation? Anything else you can do without and vice-verse could also do without yourself!- for example, does the food you dearly think that you love, loves you that dearly Fullness or hunger, heat or cold, wealth or proverty. If there's one thing a person on stranded isle, or mountain-top would have, besiding the aforementioned three, isn't fresh water, but Meditation- until rescurers arrive ,of course. So you see the translation?
A thing with Breath Control. Many of us don't think it wise to maintain " the proper Breath." Moreso in breathing-in ( inhaling), we use and outstretch our bosom, and when breathing-out ( exhaling) we pull in the stomach-muscles as tight as possible. More oxygen enters, more "old air" is expel- it has been said.
And too, that all-too-sweet Sense of Contentment to be had therein Concentrated Breath (plus Heart Meditation). A contentment (be this ones true joy) whether internallly or externally- to brace oneself from many a woeful exaggerated reaction (i.e. notion, criticism, pay-back-time, eventual spitefulness) to world's, or another's for-sure petty ways. Of course, to get where revenge a no-no, as a behavior left only for less-developed persons- can become very difficult to possess, or contain, or follow. But with Heart Meditation are there basic, intrinsic, pure energies which do not ever get to necessarily "reach" the conscious, or waking Mind: that's not into Breath Control-- as with through Heart Meditation onwards.. Here what is highly rated/great for the world/outside gets greater inside; double and no single cake-layer-- so the advantages of Breath/Meditation a meaningful goal to all toward SELF-PERFECTION, SELF-NON-CONCEITEDNESS, SELF-RELIANCE, and SELF-PURIFICATION.
With Heart/Spinal Meditation, you let Mind roam further from, or nearer to your person. If the latter then your observe your feelings, thoughts, pleasures, desires, breathings- "the entire farm!" See the following quotations. Although a thing with ones consciousness is that once the eyes are closed, it bound revert to the back ( or HIND-MATRIX) of Mind. There are a total of six such types of these matrices- HEART-MED. the BELOW-MATRIX, MIND-MED. aught not be done at FORE-MATRIX but LEFT-MATRIX. Its more common Aspirant/Adept to "centre his concentration" within, our supposedly FORE-MATRIX. Still they are going no where far. Like walking, running, driving down highway of planetary existence, but blind-folded instead of seeing- go left! and unto the "Quarters of the LORD BRAHMA," why so titled?- we simply accept!
The Intellect usually inhabits the "Fore", while inhibiting (or blocking) the other five matrices. Chinese-fan remains closed-up, flat, dormant, over-/less-managed. In a sense, it not only stifles your potent for making new discoveries--and there're countless, abundant yet unknown-- but can leave you laned, beached,one-sided a vertebra. Fore Matrix is to be avoided in most Meditations. Avoided like when on television-screen showing one thing over and over- of the Mundane Plane of Existence. So too Right Matrix. Enter these if not exactly into Meditation, and see what we mean. The very same heap of thoughts you thought you'd left behind, on the outside, begin to slowly show themselves up-- as if alive, and like "returning friends". As dried leaves to the wind, they noise, distract, seduce, sedate, or confuse. Showing you things you already know,and learn of yourself...non-essential things for into whatever Meditation.
Even if you appear silly to yourself, and want give up- fight!endure! Be dauntless! From deeper down HEART LEVEL will you face the greatest of challanges, foulnesses, rancours, storms , negativities; in order fetch positivities, beauties,truths never before had. And please do not think yourself to having already "passed through" the worst, the "hardest" of experiences which Life has yet to offer- the worst been always about your sincereness of attempts- so now you're indeed "strong". This an illusion, a subtle, open form of self-conceit. You may be strong-on the surface of things- but only for that, that particular Life-experience. Think Life-path a battle-hole? These could soon pass yet mindful remain the characteristics they herein simulate in whatsoever is spiteful,malicious,stingy,hateful,mean,nasty, wicked,weak,meddling,cheating,lying etc., or simply of a "godly nature". Cause such traits are both often personal- to the "person's person", to the mark- and obstructrive.And informative as well. They themselves do not lie. So let them show up.
"...Many of us have been taught to be very intellectual, very active, and to drive ourselves very hard. We may have a strong developed intuition, but have not put it in charge. In fact, we may ignore it a lot of the time. We basically protect our sensitive, vulnerable feelings by erecting a tough outer shell. As we begin to use our inner strength... many old feelings and deep emotional patterns wiil come to the surface to be healed and released. Feelings of sadness, fear, pain, guilt, and rage may come up. Allow yourself to consciously experience and accept these feelings; as you do so they will naturally begin to release and heal...and [having that] power to take care of the outer shell melts away and leaves us open yet strong...." The ocean's surface normally has more momentum than it's noble sanctum's depth. And you do need to learn of your "surface-self" as much as possible- more the better- though seeming the worst-- somethings are really meant to keep out the unitiated, so expect having to deal with, and brave such a difficulty. Then you cannot want hide in its shadow, nor say that it doesn't worth this much " purification," this much of a nightmare, that you didn't know this, or that flaw you'ld neglect. A 'surface-self' tells for real how far, far the cancer of Egotism has spread. You need work hard in edgewise. HEART-MEDITATION, or Within-Darkness will at first seem the dreadest of poisons- expect same-- a "foolish" thing to exhort,explore,experience. Hereon you'll be begging for every possible known type of mercy. Because as man are you most-bold to hold up this WITHIN-DARK-MIRROR of ACTION-NESS unto and before your very inward eyes (and realities)- to not only get discern what's generally thereupon ( as grime and dust),or therein, but will love know truths about yourself- no other processes compare. Has Gita, "...Your mind has been perturbed at seeing this horrible feature of Mine...." Same as Arjuna, would you desire open your eyes and flee- so unkind became you- the Dreadest?Still must you endure, for sooner might you hear something like, "... My dear Arjuna, the Form you are seeing now is very difficult to behold. Even the Demi-Gods are ever seeking the opportunity to see this Form, which is so dear...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
And wherefore oneself must stop " buying into" his goodnesses, his virtues,his charities, his devotions, his spiritual progresses, his mis-conceptions, his forbidden conceits. Storms can only be storms. To think "calm never comes" ain't YOGA. You mustn't think this a joy-ride. You could enter through Within-Darkness of Heart's Black-Hole by and for yourself. Whenever outside of (HEART-MED.) to work on your proverbial strengths and weaknesses of character. Re-enter again, each time a-becoming better and bigger and purer in personage. Because no one else can remove such a cancer of Egotism/Negativity from yourself. No teacher, no saint, no guru, no demi-god- only yourselves and only- but your " Heavenly Father". Besiding which how purely, if ever are you that intent on gaining and harnsing your total-freedoms of SELF-RELIANCE/INDEPENDENCE? And please, cease befooling yourself the Supreme will simply just like that want save you from that branch of injury you're already clinging too, too much a.. Had He wanted the spineless, sure HE'ld have "made" another else. When He does lend the hand, offer some light is when and only after a truely genuine concept or approach been made by oneself - indeed a brand new approach and concept (i.e. Spirituality); oneself years/centuries/Life-times never before tasted- quite comparable to
"... On taking such a birth, he again revives the Divine Consciousness of his pervious Life, and he tries to make further progress in order to achieve complete success, O son of KURU...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
"Such a birth" is unconsciously how we've been phasing into YULETIDE YOGA. You become as well what you read: through unconscious and conscious means. Evidently there's brain-washing in most thing of External Operancy. It slowly starts working to effect your memory, as oppose to your forgetting the how and what are you first? Stuck upon the Material Level, you soon forget, dislike, fear Levels mental and spiritual. YOU tell yourself matter-of-factly that they do not really exist. when thinking opposite, your heart skips a beat, you necessarily begin a small doubt, a small fear- letting no-one on his passing by tell or remind you of same. What same? Cause think you that everything is so one-sided . That to solve this hugh kind of a problem (of your very own manner of one-sided-ness), there's HEART-MEDITATION: making twofold embryo/Non-Soul and pregnant wo/man. Couple to which, were one to sooner fail to deliver, be aborted, become no longer a Meditation; then the other yet continues onward " in order to achieve complete success"- in another probable Life-time. Thus re-read Bagavad Gita, put yourself in Arjuna's dilemma ( an Arjuna-dilemma works for Yoga, for Meditation too) each Meditation: he failled, he won out- so must you!
13/11/01 Although consciously speaking is there nothing called "Sub-Conscoius". Soul-you isn't of two Minds: the Sub-Conscoius and the Conscious. What's usually called the former, but (deep-sleep-) data we haven't yet began to understand, recognize,analyse, or go over. Data in future, not present.Ones Future ( though still to be explained- Future is Kundalini, and Kundalini no Future) grows like seed in garden of Deep Sleep. While Heart a projector, is Mind the wide-spanned screen. Our human ability to Deep Sleep's really a most wonderful of gifts. It welcomes all. And yet so little of it is understood. We perfer think that because we're no longer awake and moving about that all our actions themselves have gone to sleep, are no longer functioning: whether physically, mentally, and "etherically"- not spiritually; what's spiritual belongs only to the Godhead, and interestingly enough isn't for us humans-- as were breathing small soap-bubbles onto a tree's vintage leaf-- until have we reached ourselves at the Brahmic Level of the Atman and beyond.

Cause Sub-conscious, many will accept , is just as inconsistent, poor, insignificant with our "strengths and weaknesses." Were the Conscious to go to Hell, then also must our Sub-conscious.Shouldn't it? And what about our human-concepts of the Nether World? Is it real? A place that's very, very cold. Hell (so-called) is Arctic-cold, and not brimstone-hot! It's a shame to perceive Spirituality within such crudest of sacred intents. SO MUCH FOR THE THINGS BEING PREACHED AND RELIGIOUS! With the non-Adept is too much Meditation whatever like consumming too much alcohol or ganja. You start seeing things, having ideas and "grandeurs of illusion"- against the very likes of ones "sacred intentions". In the wrong hand is anything right a wrong Knowledge,education, ganja, alcohol are neither bad nor good. They being of a temporal nature, of course. Man's treatment towards these "a perfectly understandable reaction all things considered".
But straight-faced. Most instructions on Meditation, while permitting the walker unto a marathon runner/meditator; bound still yet add throw caution not to the wind. Your wrong-handled-business without would be a wrong-handled-business within the Meditations. Can't escape Reality, Future, Kundalini this way. You simply cannot practice impurity, or delude yourself on the outside and seek claim a Purity, a Wisdom, a calm inside. Hand in hand External Operancy and Meditation go. There's no double, dual, or two sides to the coin of Internal Operancy. Ten to twenty minutes per day aught suffice. It's hard a task, we do know.

An important point concerning the CROWN-CHANKA, hardly ever mentioned, or remembered; is that it's no true Aural-fire, but a minor flame or spark.It really does not "rain down" Cosmic-insights upon oneself by the droves.The term " Cosmic" just doesn't belong here. If only we can open-up this Crown-chanka, many Minds have questioned, been incline believed-- how so much powerful and knowledgeable they'll instantly become- in the soonest fashion. This too is no true perception of the AURA-ology, or CHANKA-ology, per se. All the other Chanks do provide, willingly give-up, will readily share their essential and inner powers and secrets. Secrets and powers quite different, or unlike, as are their source; from each one to another. Most are best left un-opened. If not properly understood- for exactly what they are, or can be about. And why you need avoid any and every single distraction along the course therein Meditation, and you 'll know the differences between distraction and attention:- the things being completely attended to. A distraction, a digression simply cannot feel right.
Crown Chanka's true meaning is like a genuine pilot-light left by itself alit- that's apart from rest of stove-system. To the demigods, let's say, theirs a stove-system ablazing and cooking. They have very bright and brillient Auras, or Pranic-radancies/energies. Quite a few of us could discern an Ominpotence, an Omniscience, an Omnipresence- to be involving a thousand arms, Minds, bodies respectively. It's really not bound be. Mind (appears become) the progenitor/originator of the fivefold senses ( Mind a sense-object too, at least within Meditation-- therefore the sixfold, not fivefold) . Several studies will confirm the aforementioned. And yet Mind's developements are largely Physio-Psychiological, with all their availing mechanisms thereof. But once Mind is brought down to Level of Heart-Chanka a next and truer set of actual confirmations do and would take place, or shape- as to re-shape, or re-place World's common notions pertaining Mind's Physio-Psychology: much from second to first-class. A dual-Cosmos, like two feasible-looking compasses; seems be borned (with its own directional-passes, own sun,moon, earth, Mars--for which there's more unheard of-- etc.) and is moreso then left only up to an Aspirant to slide his internal Heart/Mind/Cosmos, and seek align it properly altogether. against an external-positioned/fixed Sun-Cosmos; as to allow further spiritual, yogic unfoldments/changes to take place. Remember our "Moment of Decision"?
Thus Heart is truely into a business in becoming an one Developer of non-Senses and NON-MIND both.And therefore a Non-Soul-you. Meaning that, with such a developed Mind (Heart and Cosmos-Awareness-- to also alter itself and become that which it wasn't of- recall a cocoon?), it does not need hands to move things around, nor eyes to see things, nor ears to hear things. Sixfold senses when merged, trained, developed right back into Mind ( or NON-MIND) aught make the ONEFOLD- of sixfold sense-objects: as Crown-chanka is the ONEFOLD of sevenfold Chankas. And you cannot logically dare remove Mind, or Crown-chanka from its own equation, just as you cannot remove the singles from double,triple,or billion digits. A condition which simply just ain't manifested like that " in this world".

There are answerable stuff we'ld perfer leave aside for other works. So say that the demigods are indeed "cooking with gas"- a gas that's auric ( not so much "pranic") for us mortals and fiery though cool within and without. Then could/should these such demigods but meditate? With an eventual opening of Crown-Chanka the answer would be as much, then again it's how are we really about understanding either this or the very Gods themselves-- for Godhead can incarnate as anyone one of these- even Crown-Chanka too-- mind you; and Soul-Illumintation the only consistant means in which to advance a very brilliant and evolved Aura- for oneself. There are ample options opened to us on the subject that's Heart-Meditation- we could have been cooking with gas! Perferring yet a slow and surmised course. So that a "worship the demigods." Temple establishments such a perfidious preferrence. We have no arguments with.

Why the big wait, why the big delay? Is that believe it if you may- that the very demi-gods we love worship and crave their blessings are themselves most incapable of a/their Meditation, or Darkness-within, and therefore gaining " the Higher Consciousness". Many of us been led to think that our Know-how on " Higher Conscious" is larger than that of an ant's. But as Garwin said we "want be mellow". This an one human-practice they surely lack. Which can put them light-years back. They truely cannot meditate- as we know it. And for us is Meditation and Yoga what precious Keys or Banks of Spiritual Discernments. Doubt us?- then answer the failures of the very gods themselves in promoting "tribal rains" through-out world's histories. Or wherefore in VEDIC SCRIPTURES are they like us weak humans to become incarnated into the flesh? If to attain a Discernment, a LIGHT OF THE ATMA, a KUNDALINI GESTALT; that's higher, that's " Universal Form," that's "Divine Eyes?" Which for anyone does provide a better sleeping arrangement/atmosphere: very bright lights or clouds of complete darkness?

By embracing DARKNESS-within and none else. Much of the above verse indirectly pertains the Spirit/Soul as the Ultimate Supreme Being/Godhead as in "Ultimate Happiness", remembering too an Ultimate Truth, Beauty, Dharma, Purity, Life &Light. Its other aspect remains that of "the Impersonal Brahman," or for us as Internal co-Operant, but a mindless and thoughtless and selfless and non-conceited NON-SOUL. Here's where the Gita might be referring to this inmost, sacred, rare phenomenom of Heart Meditation ( and less Mind Meditation, or another of sorts), and whose sighting and entry deeper are into Its HALL OF LIFE AND LIGHT. No one would suspect an Object of Meditation(OM) therein- in fact we didn't care heavily to take it on until our reaching the Level of the Atma (or our so-called "Quantum Exquisite"). Herein what is a "becoming Dharma" made all the sense.Ourselves of a "fresh, attained" DHARMIC LIGHT, the ATMA of an ATMANIC LIGHT=LIGHT-to-LIGHT. And were we later glad the Knowledge, trials and lessons gained ( therein Heart Meditation)- else many a pitfall and error we'ld had before we even started unto Pathway of Enlightenment and Final Liberation: in seeking either crave, or settle for this or that Transcendental Delight.As we deem is unfortunate the case with countless others.
Seeking still go deeper and deeper until a golden-glow appears downward yet. Through such an abyss fathom where Glow of gold turns out to be seen Heart's pure-white HALL OF LIFE AND LIGHT- enter through as to explore this one ULTIMATE TRUTH, this one ULTIMATE BEAUTY, this one ULTIMATE PURITY/DHARMA. Why "ultimate" is that once within, is there really no thing that's greater without, external - to compare with.You will not percieve any one of your former very own ideas of GODHEAD herein. These aught be altered from instance, from perspective in oneself becoming Dharmic. As so dark-within, now so shining-bright both within and without.
A brightness you simply do not take and offer to the world; but unto the LIGHT OF THE ATMA, of course.Thus world never sees such a LIGHT/LIFE OF DHARMA. Such ideas just don't exist. Want deeply a perfect,pure,once-in-a-lifetime sacrifical-gift offer up to the HIGHER SELF?- when HIGHER SELF OF THE ATMA already possesses everything and lacks nothing. Telling that there's really much more to THE DIVINE than meets the eyes, heart and mind of an External Operant. His understanding of Godhead, he fashions after the sense-objects, knowing not "fashioner of sense-objects-all!"
That you were sent out,by being made to seem different, cause there were matters of the Heart/Mind which could only have been addressed from an external,temporal point of view, entry,or existence. But now that you've returned thereafter bound surely mean that you hadn't allowed the forces of Egotism neither conquer nor retard your sacred , inward journey. "Ultimate" again gathers new meaning over and over. That proir your very birth were you one with the SPIRIT/SOUL of ULTIMATE BEAUTY/TRUTH- which been surrounding yourself even when you cared less seek, or obey. Like times you were to endure the few "reality checks", and in your darkest hours had to brave the immediate-present all alone and by oneself. Think your pains so unique? Surley you would think different from now on. There'a always the struggle for spiritual grace, purity and guidence: from above, from below; THE SPIRIT/SOUL represents these both- for to not represent them, is to admit fallibility in theory and practice. GOOD AND EVIL? We doubt it so.
The Modes of Material Nature can only function within their present structured forms ( of non-Meditation, External Operancy, World Cycle). And by present we do mean the Present, not Past, nor Future. A day is all these three in a nutshell. Seeming to contain "our Present" apperently the most.Instead should Nature " having" human-meaning (i.e. meaning to the human) have meaning to an ABSOLUTE SUPREME? Would not same perceive things but differently, and how differently- and why want work so away from 'our day', but four, five days ahead?
"...O Son of Prtha, no work is perscribed for Me within the planetary systems. Nor am I in want of anything- and yet I am engaged in work...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
A God-Day (not a so-called,or unnecessary "Judgement Day") soon becomes our Day ( by us just transcending these Modes of Material Nature, prior becoming it four, or five days stale: God-past becomes our Future). Yet being so does not automatically mean that we make no uses of our Present- in our humble preparation; in our possibility of "jumping" from our-Day and unto a God-day. Since subsequently are we likely be literally jumping from the threefold Modes of Material Nature. In short our present Nature. We meditate, building up Light-within. Churning Darkness-within into a pure-white Light-within ( i.e. Wei.). Thus are we therefore ourselves also closing-in unto the likes of the Kundalini; Spirit/Soul, Crown Chanka. An only candle to ever light its own flame- in a sense. Consciousness ceasing percieve things of light-and-shadow, a God-Day has no shadow, as shadows are for us humans, but Shadow be!- a Light alone. Though we need question any manner of (Life and) Light. Pure-white Wei aught be trusted. Understanding that oneself is now becoming familiar with things transcendental, pure, and 4/5 days into Future.
We (heart) meditate through a Darkness-within in order to attain our Wei-Light-within. And indeed are we made joyful.Like the Shiva.Not because we want to, but are naturally made joyful. And equal too. We have survived our re-entry into Heart-Chanka-- as if were an earth's blazing re-entry.In fact have we survived much more besiding (1) the many previous doubts and fears, ( 2) Life's unending trials and testings,(3) those societal trends, especially those towards bonding-with and herding; (4) those Life, Creational, Egotistic Identities/Personalities/Characteristics.
"...Let not the wise disrupt the Minds of the Ignorant, who are attached to fruitive action. They should be encouraged ( or educated, or compensated:ours) not to refrain from work, but to engage in work in the spirit ( i.e.essence, character, or disposition:ours) of Devotion...The bewildered spirit-soul (i.e. indeed the Soul-you:ours) , under the influence of the three Modes of Material Nature ( there are basically three similar such materials as in Sun-, Soul-, earth-- see G.V.C. once revised:ours), thinks himself to be the doer of activities ( we'll try and discuss some soon:ours) that are in actuality carried out by Nature...One who is in Knowledge of the Absolute Truth ( a Knowledge that's very, very, very difficult to put into private, human, fluent words:ours) , O mighty-armed, the Transcendentalist does not engage himself in the senses and sense-gratification, knowing well the difference between work in Devotion and work for fruitive activities...All of them- as they surrender unto Me- I reward accordingly. "...One who sees inaction in action (outside Heart-Meditation:ours), and action in inaction ( inside Heart-Meditation:ours), is intelligent (values Y&M:ours) among men, and he is in the transcendental position ( after the first few virtues and flaws of Heart-Meditation are sorted out, even during these early days- a mining of Soul-material slowly begins taking shape-- see next paragraph:ours) , although engaged in all sorts of activities...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
"Inaction in action" , " action in inaction"; preferably for us "action-ness" and " actionless-ness". How one softly breathing ( i.e. within Breath Control) and meditating ( inside Heart Meditation) could be "doing" vast amounts of work, making such great strides; than possibly through ones very sense-objects themselves? And it's how you might perceive a Soul-you. Meditation (Y&M) usually means that that living entity has indeed come a long way-- for seeking meditate in the first place. Especially against a perception that nothing is done, or achieved inside a Meditation. So why embrace it but now? And why a "putting-off " that common a phenomon, a practice- not necessarily Meditation, but non-egotistic attempts to mine from therein Mind-Boby its own essential Soul-material (s) for "bigger growth".Earth- and Sun-materials like any two compounds of a chemistry to "create" a third kind of "effect/cause?"
Plants take materials (or minarials) from the earth in order to strive and grow. Growth here is subjective- coming from something(i.e. Earth-materials) that's external and unto the internal plant-structure; whereas growth for the living, meditating being (i.e. Soul-you-?) is like adding icing on a cake, mortar against a wall,or brick. Seeing that a "within", a tunnelling-process has already been established.
In Heart Meditation, and from the innards of Mind-Body ( should be Body-Mind) is Soul-material to be purely fetched,likely be best absorbed, secretly and be "added upon".That soon over time a shaping, a chipping-away, a refining, a sculptural of this self-same new, lavish, indescript Soul-material could go onward as in and about a pure-white, albeit dimly lit Wei. A refinement for newer, and newer conceptions rather than those impure and former misconceptions of oneself. At such a perilous, saving depth, our Wei--so-called by us-- glows brighter, and joyful; but still isn't that final achievement towards our "highest good/goal". It merely points forth a direction, a thing that's commonly is much more superior to an original Mode of Goodness. And that if one then also can there be two, three, four, onward ( namely the localized Paramatma, the Heart's Hall of Life and Light, the Spirit/Soul of Life, Light, Truth, Beauty, Dharma-- two of which aught possess some of the exact qualities in assorted quantities-- for Heart Meditation; for Mind Meditation, we do know the list goes on and on).
So that much of the materials we as human-beings would use hereupon earth in a regular fashion might also be used therein a Meditation at its own orderly fashion, albeit differently . It's the making of any sense, or rightly learning "which is which", and from "which is which"; a problem. So easy to be led off-track.Moreso when considering some of the very meanings of certain words.
Order Universe may lack, so too an amateur performing Mind-Meditation as a first choice. Jumping-the-gun differs quite alot from Transcending-the-Physio-Psychological. He misses out an "Inner Refinement of the Wei"- further more the Dharmic-likes of Spirit/Soul. Hence "....One who acts whimsically, not caring for the regulations of the Scriptures...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
A living entity to us here on earth is either an Incarnate ( Soul-you proper) , or a Discarnate ( Soul-being proper). Do you remember our earlier "arguments" on the Light of the Atma?That whether its the Supreme Brahma(n)/Brahma/Spirit, or the Mind-Body? Then because "the Atma" cannot cease to exist, and Body-Mind is presently a being none (else it would've been now seeing, feeling, living the Life/Light of the Atman) , the aforementioned, then can there be nothing more than the Body-Mind, but 'the Atma.' Rather strange, or impossible a concept,-eh?- to have a physical, and mental thing as over, as higher the present condition of Soul-you. But that's the Life as we see it; that's Non-Meditation for you- and why non-violence of oneself, or another's Body-Mind-- that if you would not respect such its ideal-position of Creation, the same follows with you an attitude of your Maker. We again quote:
"...The Supreme Personality of Godhead replied: The indestructible, transcendental living entity is called Brahman ( note: neither Soul-you, Non-Soul, the Spirit/Soul of Life&Light, nor the Light of Atma:ours), and his eternal nature is called the Self ( or 'Para-Brahman':ours). And action pertaining to the developement ( Science would say Evolution, us but Soul-material-mining, Wei-channeling, Heart Meditation, Yoga, Devotion, Renunciation and so forth:ours) of these material bodies is called Karma (i.e.our translation of same is "care more about" of course this could strain the Sanskrit; yet its meanings are safe,we think :ours), or fruitive activities...The physical nature is known to be endlessly mutable ( changeable, interchangeable-- human-body, or Body-Mind-- once Atmanic and Beyond- namely Kundalini Gestalt, is it Mind-Body--: World Cycle, or Creation, or Big Bang:ours) is the cosmic ( should be Atmanic-- since the 'cosmic' belongs to aspects of Sun only:ours) Form of the Supreme Lord (should be the Atma:ours), and I am that Lord represented as the Supersoul ( i.e.Spirit/Soul of Life&Light&Dharma-to Heart Meditation:ours), dwelling in the Heart of every embodied being (indeed have we been not that willing to discuss how Spirit/Soul of Life&Light, Soul-you the Mental, and a Divine Child-Aspect herein Yuletide Yoga...would love do same in Vedic Guide in revision:ours)...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
Many mistake this one verse to mean that the "" Supersoul" is ever paying that much attention to everything they/we do and say. But it's more like --if you want, or the thing you most care for-- "You mind your own business, and I will mind mines".The Highest'll never bother (i.e.'"mine") the Lesser's business- when the Lesser can only do that much therein the Threefold Modes of Material Nature (of External Operancy) which are essentially thereabout counter ,and counteracting each other one way or the other. We don't get the bodies we ( the Higher) usually are deserving of, but what bodies ( the Lower) are deserving and available for us.
"...The foolish mock at Me , at My descending like a human being. They do not know My Transcendental (something we've said is better than the Mode of Goodness, and Goodness is better than Passion, and Passion-Mode but Ignorant-Mode:ours) Nature and My supreme dominion over all that be ( taken in the literal sense, since a World Cycle ain't placed into a 'BAD CLOSURE':ours).
"Supreme dominion over all that be", to which is like saying " In everything I am everywhere, yet everywhere am I nothing". Thus "They do not know My transcendental Nature ( and Abode that's Infinity the Astric--not Astral-- Non-Creation:ours). 'Am I nothing' can translate "no thing, not anything, nought ( from dictionary)", or that "I am not being seen/percieved the actual way am I, and because of which that you in your thinking/perception will not see Me as the Atma of Quantum Exquisite ( of inside Mind Meditation), so see as "the Me/ Atma" ( of Quantum Mundane) as your Body-Mind (outside Mind Meditation-- whatever you choose. The latter is only suited for those of External Operancy). Hence a Supreme dominion over all that be is full maintained- as opposed to " I give you divine eyes", or so.
And if Mind/Body (outside Mind Meditation--think its so easy?) be the Atma ( of Quantum Mundane), or as likewise ones spiritual Master ( i.e. Guru)- to show, point, provide a way, a mean unto the lacks of ones ideal of an Atma.Then it's only fair to say that from Mind-Body should as much as the Soul-material be actively mined- this finest of Solar/Astral/Pranic- products! Discern Body-Mind a cave: shallow, or deep-- to Y&M. A cave rich in materials fit only for a Soul-being, and none else. Why we incarnate over and over could direct us the sads, the glads and the reasoningss why incarnate in the first place: it is, or it is not this "Soul-material" so precious? Of which we lack to stimulate and simulate a Brahma/Atma-Conscious-Awareness. Deeper the Meditation, deeper the work that's taking place (of mining; collecting,absorbing-- hence status of a Non-Soul is mainly had), therein Heart Meditation ( and wherefore its logical birth-status). Thus Action in Inaction. The scoop,or spade being none other than Concentrated Breath, Self-purification, Mindlessness, Thoughtlessness,, Selflessness, Actionles-ness, Charity, Renunciation, Devotion ( breath mimics oneself), and so forth.
"...All states of being- goodness,passion,or ignorance- are manifested by My energy. I am, in one sense, everything ( that's Brahmic:ours)- but I am independent ( as supposedly a/the Para-Brahman:ours). I am not under the Modes of this Material Nature...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
"...I envy no one, nor am I partial to anyone. I am equal to all ( herein aught go through the window those much present, ill-conceived notions on Reincarnation and LAW of Karma:- do to always welcome new concepts and ideas:ours). So true are the above quotes to the likes and Life of SPIRIT/SOUL OF LIFE&LIGHT, and you'll hardly expect this be, especially for One who is constantly seeing and witnessing. Remaining within the Heart-Chanka, within Its self-imposed paradise. That Body-Mind is apperantly more polutted than a "can of worms". Why stay on a dirt-ridden place/level begs the question? And why not- seems a reply. Telling how, if not backward, then how limited and under-rated we place our very Conscious-Awarenesses. To which only a junk-mouse loves junk.
But Spirit/Soul of Life&Light departs not whenever we sin,nor in doing a good deed aught It come any closer. It doesn't buy over our efforts and struggles at PURITY, BEAUTY, TRUTH, DHARMA.It really needn't. Cause It knows Itself be an Ultimate Truth- none questions. Its no mere "maximum leader"- inflicting harmful concepts on world's stage. See where It prefer be? Outside the Maya and the confusion. Yet so true and pure within, that you'll think there's none else like It when compared to what was learnt and is presently being learned.
And wherefore face north in HEART-MED.. Earth's north-pole has a natural, abundant chi-force (or ice-mass), upon reaching through Heart, then becomes its WEI-force of uncanny, yet purifying qualities and quantities. An OBJECT OF MEDITATION (OM) is the SPIRIT/SOUL OF LIFE AND LIGHT. A rose moves from bud to flower because it basically has attained quantities and qualities the other buds do not possess just yet. And so is it with a Non-Soul that's now of a Dharmic Life and Light. It has achieved an Ultimate Possession, and Position, an ULTIMATE TRUTH, BEAUTY, DHARMA,COMPREHENSION, CONSCIOUS-AWARENESS-- making it thus better equipt and ready onward the Transcendence, and upward, in one word- "bloom!" With all of its built up Wei-force: a proof of Yoga's Ultimate Truth. Not even ourselves expected It a being alived. That whenever some say they speak the truth, realize that their's no Ultimate Truth- regardless how truth is wide-spread. Nor could It be considered to remain as similar as us mortals- groping and groping and groping in the dark. It does contain a self-glow, or Light- It does not need judge anyone.We already do such a job for ourselves: like it or not.
20/11/01 Then with Mindlessness (i.e. by stilling ones thoughts) and a-going deeper unto Level of the Heart- does it become easier and simpler to recognize ones mental chatters for its negativity, for its positivity. Within HEART-MED. it indeed "becomes easier and simpler" keeping an acute eye on maintaining a keen sense/state of Total Mindlessness.
Yet something of a personal response aught pervail. No use stilling the Mind into a comatose convulsion. Thus Breath Control.
Control and Concentration of Breath a regulated one, a necessary technique ( there are for beginners and Adepts) towards Mind-, or better still Mental Control, or Mindlessness.In Actionless-ness- the Telepathic comes alive- as humming bird hovers over a juicy flower. Nature abhors a void, they'ld say. In Mental Control is the understanding almost as similar to that of Nature. With Mental Control it's like starting engine while leaving motor-car move on its own volatility. Or like a kite flying through the air- yet with no strings attached. Then how do you learn to understand, accept, master a realistic version to Detachment- if in Meditation there's no Mind Control: to trust in and be trusted in?
Similar with Meditation&Yoga- good to attempt perfect these side by side, or altogether; is Yoga& Devotion. A question arises if whether seek an Impersonal Brahma(n)/ Unmanifest Non-Being, or a Personal Krishna/Rama Shiva/Vishnu/ Manifest Being; and still expect "achieve the results of both". For us, a little knowledge of Both our simple solution. Tried as hard as we did to align ourselves only with the latter, no how would ourselves remained pleased, until the former we "implemented" as was to compliment our nature long before we became aware of same. In that the "Unmanifest" seems more natural for us than the "Manifest". When into Meditation, than say if and when praying.Since also Non-Soul is as an Impersonal, Unmanifest Brahma(n) and Spirit/Soul of Life/Light/Dharma a Psychic Personality of the Lord Shiva, or the Highest Perfection and Manifestion of the (once) Self-Realized Lord Vishnu.Think what vast disadvantages are made whenever we go outside our nature, or way,way, afar against it!
Keeping again with Breath-Control. Why Concentrated Breath? So long we're alive, we bound breathe- stripped of everything ( the basis of things Yoga) this one hope stays, keeping as faithful friend to the end.So why not acclaim it more? Science rather ask what of,or from the Meditations that's preferribly powerful as to flee the material world without ever destorying an inch of it ( or entire World Cycle close thus forth), could return and yet behave,and become wiser each and every time it were to transcend its mundane level? In fact, we aks too, what's "so preferribly powerful" as to divide Time and the Timeless, Soul-you and the Non-Soul-you,Thought and Thoughtlessness, Action-ness and Actionless-ness; has its own Present-Future (do forgive us the joining of these two) that's similar, although is different--as cotton is to silk-- from the Present-Future we can observe today? And a simple reply is Concentrated Breath- this we take for granted is but "the arrow and OM the bow".
Mind's always seeking it (this Concentrated Breath) outside, and often against itself, cause is it "outside", below more like it, and wherefore the plain differences between Heart Meditation, and Mind Meditation. One day it (i.e.Mind) takes a thing up, and next another-putting abruptly down the same; uncertain, unsure,impious,impulsive.To which Concentrated Breath does require a perfect mastery over Breath/Mental-Control: by its restrainings. Mind craves Concentrated Breath as Ego's "one last breath"- to a , as they'ld say, "waiting to exhale"- to us a 'waiting to inhale'; to inhale Concentrated Breath, to inhabit the Transcendental (i.e. Internal Operancy), to inhibit (or stop) the Physio-Psychological.
Ego is precious in ones varied developements- like any of Nature's auto-responses ( towards fear, the unknown,defence, bonding, motherly instincts, herding,sex-- this has its own gene-module, as Cancer, not just within same-sex-- nest-building, height, pettiness, spite, greed and such response-types). A well-rounded person neither fears, nor tempts Ego. He works hand-in-hand, in harmony with It- fretting at time to maintain things right-- if so much! He is Ego/Mind's best friend, not worst Mind-Ego's enemy.
In Heart Meditation (with the Beginner) the struggle will often be between an one Concentrated Breath ( the Real), and Mental Control and because ones eyes are tight close, and is surely sitting in the Lotus; then would it be reckoned (needing yet be actually experienced by oneself- and not just old-talk) that the external, physical world soon looses "its own common touch with reality". As much was patterned after diamonds of a dream. An important point not forget, nor confuse. 'Touch with reality', or "sense of Reality", aught do any how. All events to have taken place, whatever takes place prior ones Meditation-hour (even for Godhead in the Psychic-guise of the Lord Shiva) must as a natural 'auto response' become, be deemed all-of-non-Concentrated-Breath (the Unreal). Since all of this moment is seemingly "earsed from ones memory". Understand this one point, please do!
To mentally want go over, prolong any event of pre-Meditation-hour(whether happy, or sad) over and over in ones Mind (regardless were meditating for just five minutes), bound seem a-time-wasting-episode, the worthlessness of an endeavour. Cause and cause:-
"...One who restrains the senses and organs of action, but whose Mind ( Intellect, Ego,Desire, Thought-process, Passion:ours) dwells on sense objects (i.e. sense of reality:ours) , certainly deludes himself and is called a pretender ( not our words, mind you:ours) ...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
"...One who acts whimsically, not caring for the scriptures, can never attain perfection, nor happiness, nor the supreme destination (should be either of these three thus- Infinity ,Samadhi/Nirvana, and Eternity:ours) ...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
"...Persons who have acted piously in previous lives, and in this Life, whose sinful actions are completely eradicated, and who are free from the duality of delusion, engage themsleves (moreso privately:ours) in My service with determination...." BHAGAVAD GITA....
And why perhaps can it be said, perhaps too, for some of us, does an Existence of Godhead might seem a consideration that's really beyond even the far-fetched (or impossible). Not that such folks to lack "an agreeable chat," some sense of opposing reality a religious given. We meditate none at all, so cannot know the pious Idiosyncrasies of Concentrated Breath ( and what's essentially behind, midmost,or before It); to aside the Unreal- like hand sweeping a table clean- and let the few of us stay fixed and stilled in/of Its Breath Reality (and whatever else be revealled by/through It). See what parts of ourselves are delaying Reality of Concentrated Breath?
Many books and journals for Yoga, Meditation, Devotion, Vedas, Breath Control really do not involve themselves with the Reality of (Concentrated) Breath- this vital edge! That's between Soul-you and Non-Soul-you: Internal Operancy and External Operancy: Action-ness and Actionless-nes. Two supposedly sides of the same coin. You could already have many clear ideas from Soul(-you) to Mind-Body to Cosmos to Atomoic Theory; but the little you might know from Non-Soul to Concentrated Breath, Mental Control, Heart Meditation, the Life and Light of Spirit/Soul, InternaL Operancy/Transcendence, Mind Meditation, Light of the Atma, the Divine Child, Soul-Illumination and onward-- have we sincerely attempted point-out and explain (even if this were a crude form of a page: book-formats are better, and more lasting)- as befiting an Aspirant, a Learner, a Skeptic rather than an Adept,a Master,, or the Enlightened Yogin.
But sooner than anything, Mind always prefers "buy" into this, as its very,very,very esoteric,intrinsic,saving own- much more than the "sage on summit", "parson of the cloth", even us on the WWW. Ego may toss, and re-toss the dice, (the issue), knowing deep down a willingness of Mind perceive; if and when to final inhale- as if were to otherwise final exhale:- would he, would he not inhale and hold?- questions Ego- to no more turn an eye our way ever again if not! And less-that-meekly we cry things down, seeking to blame it (i.e. the Ego), Life, World, others in general; only for our non-acceptances of the inmost and sacred of opportinuties to finally become Self-Relient that somebody we long secretly desired of ourselves.How Ego to sort things out with us will further depend the "pretender" it is not!

"...Another physical practice which can be a distinct help to the developement of concentration is that of Breath Control. You can try this as a preface to meditation. Watch your breath movement intently for a few minutes. Slow it down to about half your normal cycle- not all at once, but little by litle, reducing the time with every suceeding exercise. You arrive eventually at about half the usual rate of the complete breath-cycle. That implies for instance, seven in-breathings instead of fourteen, and seven out-breathings instead of fourteen.. But in betewwn the two movements, the inhalation and exhalation, just gently check your breath- hold it for a second or two, but not for longe,. And during that brief interval during those few seconds when you hold the breath, the mind will be held too. It will be held in suspension, as if it were fastened upon the breathing which it is watching and that produces a state of inward concentration, the mind will be successfullly concentrated...." We usually do not take too kindly when quoting outside Bhagavad Gita. But a few points may be settled here in that repeating soft and slow the words "Realx, Relax, Relax"- becoming same. Another is to continuously count "1 2 3 4, 1 2 3 4, 1 2 3 4 "....or "4 3 2 1, 4 3 2 1, 4 3 2 1 ....days later and counting reflects a "4 3 2 1 0, 4 3 2 1 0, 4 3 2 1 0....forcusing on becoming and remaining "Zoro" such- void of words and numbers exaxctly. See how Mind, Ego, thought-process bound react to this Zero-cause of either an unmanifested-, or non-effect. Noting along as well that Zero-cause is nothing new to meditations world-wide. It's but a name- it's how things and non-things reveal themselves: most might very, cut-short, or none.
So while it's safe to say that outside Breath Control there are millions and millions of true and dividing creatures- to Mind, Concentrated Breath, Y&M they do "cease" to exist, or simply do, but nought at a Reality of Concentrated Breath ( a 'Reality' might we add that cannot belong, be perceived, be part and parcle of this material world; so don't think it can be grasped in Its entirity...you need meditate, concentrate on Breath...it will reveal the best...there's really no other way to prove, or fetch This ) , and therefore do they all not exist- due to ones natural auto-response become of/for Concentrated Breath (the Real). Knowledge of Godhead gives Concentrated Breath a face. As furthermore one actually is into the likes of the Primal Man's, the Lord Shiva's Meditation-hour: which to stretch, or surpass Flow of Time, Future, Law of Rebirth, Karma, Maya, moreso/through Gestalt of the Kundalini.
22/11/01 Human-Consciousness/Mindfullness/Ego forms literally no aspect of its SPIRIT/SOUL OF LIFE&LIGHT. In our Vedic Guide, we explained Spirit/Soul as having been the one Creator/Emanator and Sustainer of the thing called "Psyche." Before taking Its leave unto Chanka of the Heart. Proof of a Psyche by this we know- to the Spirit/Soul of Light&Light formerly having supported/propped-up the Body, long before ones (i.e. Soul-you the Mental- and why the need for such a defination, and why too that Soul-being "sees" neither Birth, nor Death) entry into Mind- Body (and therefore present Incarnation) and becoming thus a Soul-you the Mental Operant. True you ask how come only now are we being told concerning obviously the Inner Intricacies of Birth. Couldn't anyone ages ago said same? Or that no one have mentioned same, in effect aught qualify us untrue- to some extent? And we'ld thought that World would welcome the knowledge to brace its against its own manufactured short-sightednesses and conceptional-blindnesses.Whenever we could get revising Vedic Guide, will we further explore this matter.

Lots of books we've read relating Psyche, Id and Psychology, Astronomy, Science. Basically they are all too narrow in a supposed multi-sided approach. They'll perfer tell you what you already are/know (to be more than mere guesses)- in their perferences of sounding almighty and profane too-, and least what troubles it took to get yourself this far:a former State of Discarnation to this present Incarnation. Consider whose an up-hill climb?
Simply put "we have been taught to distrust our bodies". " See no paradise, think no paradise- it'll soon be created, have no worry, go ahead and live your Life , and when it's all over there will be glad a day". 'Think no paradise': so it aught boil down that only Mind possesses Consciousness. Has an impressive license for. Not Body, far less the Heart...this so-called and much misaligned " seat of evil". What a pity let we ourselves into. With concept of Spirit/Soul of Life&Light( which we've been repeating over and over again of Its Ultimate Presence,Existence, Purity, Beauty, Truth, Dharma, Inner-Self-Awareness) both Heart and Mind are made twofold and as distinct from each other: seperate as divisions,sections,levels,areas,quanta, etc. As North-pole is to South-pole- they'll insist.
It also hints that the Godhead knew well in advance the entire wholeness (or lack thereof) of mankind; assisting (or not) his groping in the darkness of Religon, Science, Psychology, Egotism, Materialism, Existence, ad infinitum.Why these many and more seeming "evils"? Do they, it's fair to ask, make us any "better a people?" Remember what isn't created or fetched as is will man but fetch as is not or dis-create.. We despise the quite woodland . Something is deeply imbedded and wrong with us- yet! Science says that although several things do enter these, Black-holes do possess, or simply have (or are) nothing. How so convenient! What is nothing?
The sixfold sense-objects ( including Mind) ain't everything. And because we are not getting through these sense-objects same to feel, see, scent "another something," aught not mean that this invisible, or unseen something just doesn't exist. World Cycle is full , so too is Space, is Time, is Universe. Emptiness may be around, but calling emptiness a "scientific nothing" ? Science wanting to clear up the issue- by faking a cough- now dumps "Dark Matter" down our gullible throats. Dark matter as if to glue, or hold stars into galaxies altogether. What Dark matter? Does a leaf, a fur-coat, a lake to contain Dark matter? And "as above,as below".

Were Mind single faculty of conscious-awareness- what then this "nothingness" of Heart and Body? Are these respectable, become indeed had, or not? And is there an Ultimate Embodiment, a single most-sacred Object of Meditation(OM!) OF LIFE,LIGHT, TRUTH,BEAUTY,DHARMA,PURITY,YOGA,UNITY? Surely ours a body of beauty, capable among many, many, many other things of knowing and embracing a Truth-- especially a-worm-in-the-bud kind of youth: when beauty is the truth not found in youth- as were said. A beauty? A truth? Shall they ever merge altogether as one ULTIMATE TRUTH/BEAUTY?
Our Body's essential conscious-awareness of a direct and mental conscious-awareness of ourselves. Meaning that while Body and Heart do assimilate their very own inherent,various elements of conscious-awarenesses, because it's usual, fashionable, vogue for us to ignore our bodies- discarding, regulating these like unused magnets to just be thereabout idle,insignificant,uninspiring and clump together; and why furthermore aught emerge " HEART & BODY," instead of our time-wasted assumption of " MIND & BODY"- in such this twofold awareness-type; all the gold,diamond,ruby,gem-stone we daily find ourselves craving for- a craving, an instantious delight and gratification, a primative, undeveloped-aspect with things which brightly and dimmly do glitter before our unnatural eyes; would then be made dormant, soon dissolved, or better yet intelligently begin becoming far-removed-from, detached, and clearly observed.

"Shutting our eyes away from all external sense-objects" will quickly get your body-awareness to attract the Pure- than were talking, walking,doing ,feeling,seeing. With Yogic-asanas (i.e.Yogic-exercises), those simple,slow, graceful, effective,beauteous ones. Such a well-spent hour. The best in board-meetings. A serious, stern yet vastly kind and wise mein becomes yours- for the taking. You'll eventually cease having petty, and aproned-cling-on thoughts, doubts,fears,habits,vices, emotions,desires, angers. Ostentation too- save in raw-talant- will you flee from. That once ostentatious indeed, then is petty too! That your Conscious-awarenesses bound double and triple: MIND, BODY,HEART- as if were greater,higher,stronger primordial-merged as one and only one. To which none but the "localized Paramatma", Yoga, Meditation, Devotion, Mantra, Dharma would open before your very eyes. So try and accuse us less than harshly. Cause your Wisdoms will come certainly- the purer and more righteous you become, and only after which may you attain Soul-Illumination/Spiritual-Enlightenment. Things prior same just cannot, and should never be trusted within as without. Not even ours. And why a good example for the LIFE AND LIGHT OF SPIRIT/SOUL- It knows yourself best (your Highest/Purest Good& Goal-- in short your Y&M),as no others, not even your Human-awareness-consciousness. Remember "many,many births had I," to "you cannot recall yours"- surely not even one.

Fool yourself not an essence of above verse a thing practical,or sourced upon Quantum Mundane (or External Operancy). Without first gaining "Soul-Illumination"- where Mind merges therein, for the Ego to fall off or become detached from oneself- "the Knowledge of one who sees in every living entity one undivided Spiritual Nature," bound remain all too that illusive,uncertain, critical,crutical a conscious-awareness. That once there is MIND-EGO- trust them the least,moreso your very own physio-psychological "moors and their moorings". So become,, be made certain! For certainly you are your very own student ( be last to fall for self-praise), your very own teacher ( be last to let-up) . None else can take up this mantle but yourself. It just will never taste that greater, that better, that sweeter:we know and glad we ever did!
And wherefore the flames of Wisdom to disperse and disparage Ego-- as only It could.Doubt us? Literally burning, and scaring, and chasing Ego away from likes of oneself: this Semblant-I . That wheresoever Semblent-I ends up? But like oil on water, It falls off oneself, and heads straight for the next best thing, the Sun, to spread Itself across it - and why to which is the Sun much more than a mere cosmic ball of fire. Have you read of such before?
And basically a little furthermore. The angels (of yours) cannot possess Ego ( in the guise of Semblent-I) , nor the very Gods themselves-- of a perfection and detachment ( to ascend, or descend from Soul-Illumination is indeed proof of these- else you'll be never attainable of same- period!)-- to which "your" angels "cannot fall from grace", cause within and without are sure at most perfectly pure- having been further made purified by both Soul-Illumination, and the Fires of Wisdom. In circus their tigers would jump through fiery hoops. Five, or six of which " as if coming from out of no-where" do get to fall themselves over oneself one after the other: Ego as Semblent-I just can't withstand such a purfication-process of Divine Fires- like shadow it flees, forever detaching, gone itself from the radient-core of oneself.

Meaning of Gayatri Mantra
Rishis selected the words of various Mantras and arranged them so that they not only convey meaning but also create specific power through their utterance. Gayatri Mantra inspires wisdom. Its meaning is that "May the Almighty God illuminate our intellect to lead us along the righteous path." All the problems of a person are solved if he/she is endowed with the gift of righteous wisdom. Once endowed with far-sighted wisdom, a man is neither entangled in calamity nor does he tread the wrong path.A wise man finds solution to all outstanding problems. Only those persons who do not think correctly find difficult, and take the wrong steps due to foolishness. Chanting of Gayatri Mantra removes this deficiency. The teachings and powers incorporated in the Gayatri Mantra fulfill this purpose. Righteous wisdom starts emerging soon after Jap (recitation) of this Mantra is performed.

The spiritual plant of devotional service grows and grows until it pierces the sky of material universe and enters into the Brahmajyoti, the effulgence in the spiritual sky.It finally grows until it reaches the highest spiritual planet, Goloka Vrndavana, the Supreme planet of Krsna, where it gradually sprouts, fruits and flowers. A nd the chanting and hearing, which is the watering process, continues. Once the plant has taken shelter of the SUPREME LORD, it becomes fully absorbed in LOVE OF GOD and cannot live without His contact for a moment as a fish cannot live without water. All this is explained in Caitanyacaritamrta. The SRIMAD-BHAGAVATAM is also rich with stories of the relationships and fully describes in that work.
