"Insistence on order is the underlying platform for many actions. Without order there would be chaos. Laws are made to continue an environment that allows for peace and harmony within a structured frame. We try very hard to maintain a sense of order in our lives. It is when something unexpected happens that everything can be turned upside down in a minute. It may be a natural disaster or a loss or an unexpected event. It is during those times that order that has been shaken outwardly must be confronted with order within. This is not always easy to do for we are shaped by the events that involve us. However, it can be done if one contains the thoughts that flow through the mind. A mind in terror is a mind that cannot be controlled. It is awareness of this need that must be at the forefront, an awareness that means the individual must seize a moment and take control of one's own mind, to calm it, to reassure one's self."
