"Message"
Ocean waves are beautiful to look at and very relaxing. The rhythm and the sound take away pressures on the body and the mind. If you are not near water, you may wonder why waves would be a subject you would be interested in. If you can visualize waves this would be helpful, but perhaps you are not a 'water person'. Think about the times and the scenes which have been calming. Perhaps you are one of those work alcoholics who haven't taken time to enjoy a quiet time and beautiful place. Find a picture of a scene which speaks to the inner part of you. Use that as your visual aid. The mind and the emotions need quiet time whether it is a few moments or longer It is an essential part of health. The world will not stop because you take timeout for yourself. Be kind to yourself.
