"Light


Tumbling through the skies is light. It is light in different forms. Minute specks, streaks, bolts, and splashes. Each of the spectrums of light have the energy associated with light plus what it is influenced by in its travels. It may take millions of years for a tiny speck to travel a distance where it might be seen. It is never as it was when it began its journey, yet it has its core, its essence, which remains the same. Light is constantly manifesting and constantly changing, seldom in one form. If you understand that the physical body is affected by light, even the mind, then you can see how many influences there may be on a daily basis. To handle these influences there must be balance - balance in the physical body and balance in the energy field surrounding the body. This can be reached in various ways. There is no one method for all. Some need quietness, some need a specific physical space, some need music or companionship which brings calmness. Each must find his/her own mode of balancing. That balance is necessary when the larger manifestations of light become evident. It is like a shock wave, yet with balance, it is not absorbed as deeply in the body and therefore, the effect is not as dangerous or long lasting. To withstand large bolts of light, one must be consciously working at balance within and balance around the body. Mentally, the mind must work at controlling the emotions that can spin out of control. We will talk more about mental balance later. Now is the time to work on balancing the body, little by little, until there is the feeling of steadfastness.
