Carelessness can be read as care less. Many people are buffering themselves from the tragedies of the world by choosing to care less. This carelessness leads to a widening circle of rings, much like a drop of water in a body of still water. It is when we make this carelessness a pattern, that we lose part of our spiritual growth. We cannot close down our hearts without bruising the spirit. It is difficult to care and feel the pain of so many losses, but a sensitive person learns to feel the caring and balance it with hope. Try not to look at all the dark sided events. Remember the sun does shine and so do people's spirits. Let yours shine.
