The purpose of the Club is to educate our members and the Haitian/Caribbean/African American community on how to master the world of investing in the Stock Market through Research, Patience and Friendship. Our club is a partnership that was formed in March 1996. We currently have 12 active partners that meet on the last Saturday of every month to discuss and evaluate our portfolio. We all have busy careers and family life but we want to spread the word and encourage everyone to form a club or invest on your own, but start investing.
Our members are, Evans, Sky(Treasurer), Marcel (President}, Florence, Garry, Renaud, Betty (Secretary), Herve, Patrice, , Carolle, Gina, and Jimmy. We are currently not accepting any new members but we will assist you on forming a Club.. Our acronym is F.I.S.E, which is the way we are preferred to be known. Friendship is our main foundation, which we will use to build our bridge to financial independence in later years. We have been doing very well in the market, until the early 2001 market CRASH. Since we were investing for the long term, we didn't loose any members. We continue to invest so we can be rewarded when the market returns to higher gains. The strategies for our success are:
