2. Loyalty...one thing I value highly, I don't care where it goes. He is very loyal to Knives, even until the end.
3. Justice...or uh, the lack there of. No mercy, he will go to any length to get what he wants. Even if that means killing off innocent people left and right. Now you may think I'm insane, but I do admire this characteristic. I guess he shows a bit of justice, but don't get it mixed up with mercy. In ep. 15, Demon's Eye, he kills half of the Rodrick's gang so the other half can give them a proper burial.
4. His mind, a powerfull weapon...he is insane, but not how you might think. He still thinks things through, and rarely lets anything get to him.
5. Courage in the face of danger....I mean c'mon! He was staring down the barrel of Vash's gun! Now if that's not courage, I don't know what is. He's so brave and loyal that he'd do that for Knives.
6. His smile... A quote by Vash, "How can I fight someone who smilles with those evil eyes!?" Yes, he seems to have a kind smile, but behind it are those dark, evil eyes. It seems whenever he smiles at Vash he is taunting him, so cruel. He can also smile so friendly and kind, like when he smilled at the little girl in ep. 12.
7. His eyes... Here's a quote for ya, "The eyes are the lamp of the body, if the eyes are good the whole body will be full of light, if the eyes are bad the whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you
is darkness, how great is that darkness." His eyes are fascinating, golden yellow. I could stare into them for hours. Send shivers up and down your spine, don't they?
8. His dead sexy voice...so calm and deep, not like so many phsycopathic villians I've seen before. This is a voice that I want whispering into my ear late at night. I love his dubbed voice, he's got a bit of an accent, it's so cute. I love both the subbed and dubbed versions. (Ack!!! This is doing nothing for my shrine reputation problem!!!)
9. His name...Legato Bluesummers makes you think of a beautifull sky, a calm scene, although there is nothing behind it, no symbolism at all. I like that, it's just a name, a very nice name. I like to think it could just highlight the fact theat he is only human, and his super villian status was given to him by master Knives, it's not just him.
10. Fasion sense...Yes, I think his outfit is real cool. I love it right down to the slightest detail, from the spikes on his shoulder, right down to the buttons on his shoes (manga) I need a long coat like that, you know all those people in high schools who wander around thinking that they are sooooo cool because they have their long black trench-coats? I'd wander the halls in my lovely new coat, and even they would cower before me!!! I love all the straps and useless addies on his left arm, they are fun to draw.
11. The Left arm obsession.... Ahhh, yes, I noticed this when I first watched vol 5. Legato seems to be totally obsessed over 'his' left arm! Okay, there is a reason for this, just the fact that it's Vash's arm, and not really his. It seems to be the major link between them. In ep. 15, when he walks out of the bar, he looks down at his left hand and thinks, "It must be the way you look, Vash the Stampede, you'r very existance seems to cause me undue irritation." Also in ep. 16, when he causes Vash's angel arm to transform, there is a lot of emphasis on his left arm. He even takes the time to lick his hand near the end. (Well that was certainly strange, why did I write about that?)
12.. The infamous sweet tooth....yes, we are coming to the end of our discussion, talking about eating habits, and I seem to cover this topic so much throughout this shrine!!! *sweatdrop*. I love the little added characteristic, it just makes it that much more fun to idolize him. And it also leaves it open for making really cute fanarts. His fave foods are let's see, Spaghetti, curry rice, hamburgers and hotdogs, ice cream, childish things like that.
