The young scientist Jeannie Ferrami thinks to have identified the hereditary lines of a criminal mind and she wants to show that a correct education is able to oppose them effectively. To do this, she examines various couples of twins grown up in different environments, which she finds thanks to a sophisticated software conceived by herself. The plot thickens when Jeannie meets with an inexplicable phenomenon: two twins are perfectly identical, but they were born in distant places and times and their mothers were different. Jeannie doesn't know yet that she has discovered a dangerous conspiracy in which are involved people who are beyond every suspicion, besides an important society in the van of the genetic search. Unmasking this intrigue becomes for Jeannie a matter of life or death: she can counts only on herself and on her experience. But also the twin who is condemned as criminal can help her, perhaps. |
