b. Sept. 15, 1742 Dunstable, NH, son of Sampson and his first wife, was in Indian War, died at son Clement's home Jan. 1834, married 1768 Southwick, Mass. Susannah Post who died of breast cancer 1829 age 77.

Franklin French died Glen Castle May 20th 1884 age 81 was older brother of the late Dr. S.H.French, born Deerfield, Mass Jan. 29, 1804 came 1814 to Chenango had son Alson P. of Lisle.

Thomas French died July 25, 1838 age 57 in Sillivan, Madison Co., NY burried in Chittenango Cemetery and his wife also, died Oct. 9, 1866 age 75.
