There's tons of genealogy information on the Internet. As with most things on the net, there is so much information that it becomes unwieldy at times.

I have also not been able to find a site that summarizes the LDS Family History Library services, one of the best sources of information for serious genealogy researchers, in a satisfactory way. Considering this, my purpose is threefold:

1. To provide summary documentation about the resources available at the LDS Family History Library.
2. Provide important links to valuable genealogy resources on the Internet.
3. Provide a one-stop resource for those wanting to know the essentials on how to begin genealogy research.

This page should provide enough information so that your average Joe (or Jane) who does not know a thing about genealogy research can have an idea of what to do and where to look.
