Do good and evil exist?

No. Good and evil are subjective moral terms. There is no quantifiable good or evil that exists in reality. Nor are good and evil universal. That means morality is relative and defined by the subject. Thus what is good for you may be not be for me. Anything subjective isn't objective (real).

Since morality isn't objective, nihilism is correct.

Are humans capable of perceiving actual objective reality (noumena)? No. Humans form concepts (ideas) about objects in reality (phenomena). They don't perceive reality directly. They must filter it through flawed human sensation. Humans are forever stuck with subjective reality (which again isn't really real). You can blame god for that...if he exists.
