Bottled Energy
My Heart Soars
My legs swing frantically
My arms tremble
My mind reels histerically

My mouth spreads out to a grin
And spills into a giggle
I snigger at myself as I feign normal

I'm trapped in the square foot space allotted to me
My back jerks against my seat
And I have started my journey
I've started my journey
Towards friendship and inhibitions
Gravity pressures me against my seat
As we assend into the air
I want to frolick and scream
But I am trapped in my square foot space
Where a light tells me to stay buckled down
I feverishly tap my pen against my notebook
Any means possible to release this energy

My mouth spreads out to a grin
And spills into a giggle
I snigger at myself as I feign normal

Just a few more hours I remind myself
In a few hours I will be
Stuck in a trafic jam
A Jam of people wrestling their luggage
Out of overhead bins
And I will wait like a sheep in a cramped pen
Waiting to bolt out like a race horse
I'll bolt out towards friendship and inhibitions
And euphoric comfort

My mouth spreads out to a grin
And spills into a giggle
I snigger at myself as I feign normal

Just a few more hours I remind myself
And I will be free
