The reason I love Calvin and Hobbes so much is that he always knows how to relax and have fun.  Plus I think that he basically represents the child in all of us,  who just happens to throw in bits of philosophical thought here and there while flying off cliffs in wheelbarrows.  Now how can you get any better than that?
