You had a gentle nature A natural beauty too; So generous and caring this was what made you, you. Your life was never easy many mountains you did climb; Somehow you overcome them all and kept us all in line. From the oldest to the youngest as grandkids came along; You shared your love so freely and it kept our family strong But watching you in pain Mum was more than we could bear; Then Jesus wrapped you in his arms and took you in his care We wanted to keep you here with us not wanting to see you part; But you will always be with us down deep within our hearts Never will you be forgotten, for the love you always shared; Will Linger in our memories, like perfume in the air. There's an emptiness we 're feeling, now your not here each day; We miss your hugs and kisses but we know you couldn't stay.
