Terms and Conditions
1-Description
Apartment studio located in Havana, Cuba, furnished and along with the appliances in the apartment. A copy of an inventory of the contents, a copy of this document and details of the condition of premises shall be given to, and signed by, each party upon the occupation of the apartment by the tenant.
2-Payment
100% down payment is due upon check in. The apartments’ keys will be given the tenants along with receipt of payment. (Please specify 1 or 2 sets of keys, when booking.)
3-Additional Cost
There is no additional cost, our rate are all inclusive. Please note that using the cell phone provided or Internet Access will generate extra expenses. Card for international calls are available to purchase at any local phone cabin. $10 or $25 USD unit.
4-General Conditions / Insurance
The tenant agrees that he/she shall occupy the premises personally and quietly. He or she shall not, for any reason, interfere with the gas, water or electrical supplies in the rented premises. He or she shall not, under any circumstances, sublet all, or part of, the apartment. The owner is not responsible for accident and theft occurred on premise. Guest declares to be covered by his own personal insurance against direct or indirect injuries that may occur in the premises. He or She will hold the owner harmless against any claim arising out of the contract. In the case of long stages, we strongly recommend that guests take a special insurance to cover his/her personal belongings left in the properties during his stay.
5-Security Deposit
We promote mutual trust, compulsively.
The tenant upon his occupation of the premises shall pay a security deposit of $100 US Dollars. Security deposit is to protect the owners who offer the opportunity to welcome guest in furnished properties. It will cover any damage or loss of furniture, appliance or accessories; or any damage on the apartment itself.
The security deposit will be used as a guarantee for the owner in case of any damage caused to the premises during the rental period, or for the replacement of any contents found missing upon the departure of the tenant. Unless there would be a claim, damage deposit is refunded at departure.
6-Check-in / Check out
Instructions to access
our properties are sent to you upon reservation. We either meet you at the
apartment upon arrival; or send a guide to meet and greet you at the airport.
Check-in time is 2:00PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.
However, if available, we'll be very happy to give access to the apartment
at any time convenient to you, same for check-out. In this case, necessary
arrangements will have to be made with us - both for arrival and departure
- at least one week ahead of time.
7-Cleaning
Cleaning is included in the service when the length of the stay exceeds a week. We upon check-in will confirm the Cleaning days and time.
8-Companion
Persons living in the apartment are those registered at check-in.
Any visitor, either turist or local contact, should be discussed time ahead.
The owner will take notes from the visitor’s ID and report to inmigration officials, as established by the current law.
