This is a very good monsoon trek that one can do, it is
situated a little ahead of IGATPURI. The KANVAI massif has a
large plateau and a small lake on the top. A temple on the other side is a
popular pilgrim place.

| Turn from the left on the road leading through the upper VAITARNA. Reach VAKI 3 Kms ahead. |
| A cart track leads towards the west col of KANVAI via BETURLI. From the col traverse to the base of the massif. A narrow chimney like formation leads to the plateau and a small lake. |
| KANVAI village a huge temple are on the other side. |
