THAL GHAT

The region around KASARA is full of streams and lush greenery. There are many hills on the route to IGATPURI where one can have a great time.

Grade : Easy

	Walk on this road till the end of the ghats, follow a path in the westerly direction till the village of VIHIGAON.
	Proceed further and reach the road leading to VAITARNA river and further to the river (2 Kms).
	Check return trains to Bombay.

Another small outing can be to a 15 meter high waterfall about 14 Kms from both IGATPURI and KASARA.
