BADLAPUR HILL

Good nature walk. Flat and forested hill and falls south of the TAVLI PINNACLES connected by a 600 meter Saddle.

Height :- 2420  feet

Getting Here :-

Reach AMBARNATH railway station by train.

Walk two kilometers to the south to reach old temple (Which is famous for its carvings and an underground Ling of Lord Shiva.

A little before reaching the temple, follow a cart track along the telephone lines on the south (left) to reach the dam after five kilometers

After walking southwards along the shores of the lake. Reach a prominent wide gully at the base of the hill. The route goes up the gully and then through the thick forest on the right.

A short climb to the connecting saddle leads to the top.

Traverse to the south to reach this hill.
