Savna Lake

This is a lake to the west of Manekgad.  This spot is great for a family outing if you have your own vehicle.

Grade : EASY

GETTING HERE :-

ROUTE NO. 1

Train to KARJAT. Then travel by road to CHOWK.

Proceed from CHOWK to VADGAON at the base of the fort.

Cross the ridge behind the village and descend westwards to the shores of the lake.

Travel by road to PEN via APTA road with a walk of 6 kilometers to village SAVNA near the dam.
