BHAIROBA DHAK

This round topped projection which juts out from the main range between RAJMACHI and DHAK and has an excellent view of both RAJMACHI and the ULHAS valley.

Getting here:-

	Reach LONAVLA Railway Station.
	Follow the TUNGARLI Road and descend to the plateau ahead. A cart track leads to the village UDAVNE (13 Kms) . A little before the village (6 Kms) turn to the west (left) and across the nala. One now enters the fort through the ruined walls.
	Turn to the north (right). A gradual walk to the top (3 Kms). One can descend to SANDSHI in the Konkan and reach KARJAT via KHANDPE (10 Kms).
