KORIGAD FORT |

This is a great place to go to in the monsoons.
It is an isolated fort with dense forest all around. The top is flat and
much of it is occupied by four ponds. There are two caves and a ruined
temple at the top.

| From LONAVLA catch a bus to AMBAVNE alight at PETH-SHAHPUR. |
| A good route leads to the top. |
| Descend to AMBAVNE village on the other side. One can then proceed to MULSHI lake. |
