This is a beautiful temple situated 3 Kilometers southwest of NANE GHAT and is about one third of the way up to the face of the cliff.

	Travel by road/bus from KALYAN- MURBAD- TOKAVDE- VAISHAKHARE. Follow a forest track and reach the pass in an hour and a half.
	Walk 3 Kilometers southwest of NANE GHAT to reach this beautiful temple.
