SADHLE GHAT

This is the sharpest descend from HARISHCHANDRAGAD to the Konkan Plains. A huge mountain rising above SADHLE GHAT is SEETA DONGAR and can be approached from the plateau at the foot of HARISHCHANDRAGAD on the route to SADHLE GHAT.

Getting down :

A ridge at the extreme western end leads to a rocky descend and a traverse on grass leads to the lower plateau. Cross to a depression in a ridge on the west (left).
You have reached SADHLE Ghat, the route passes over boulders and between huge encompassing walls. After a descend of 350 feet, go north (right) to a scree route down to KELEWALI village (off village BELPADA 12 Kms)
Climb a small pass ahead called MUDHOLWADI and another pass UMBROLI and across a col in the south to SAVARNE for buses to KALYAN.
