SHIVNERI FORT |

This fort is one of the
historically important forts as it was the birthplace of Shivaji who lived
here till the age of five when the fort has handed back to the Mogul
rulers from the Deccan. It has a huge arch at the entrance and many well
preserved fortifications. It looks over the town of JUNNAR (3 Kms)
