This range runs along the northern boundary of the Sahyadris. These areas are remotely situated, bus journeys are from NASIK, SATANA, DHULE and SINNAR. This range runs on a semicircular loop around the Mosam river. Nasik town is about 8 Kms north-west of the Nasik Road Railway Station., which is 187 Kms from Bombay. Local buses and Auto rickshaws ply between the railway station and the town. The fastest train to Bombay is the Panchvati Express which does the trip in four and a half hours, leaving at 7.09 am. 

Mulher Fort
It has two plateaus and a connection to Hargad through a chor darwaza and a rocky staircase.


Salher Fort
One of the best views of the region can be seen from the top.
