JHUNGTI KILLA

This is a small unknown fort on the western ridge of the KOYNA Lake. 

Grade : Difficult

Getting here:-

Reach SATARA by bus or rail.
Catch a bus to KOYNA (BAMNOLI) dam. Catch a ferry to DICHOLI. 
The route to this fort is complicated and passes through very thick forest. Two huge volcanic rock fields are to be passed. On the northeast is Yebu Sada and the north is Vaghul Sada. 
Cross the Vaghul Sada to descend and traverse northwards in thick forests.
Reach a high point 3370 feet. From here turn west, up and down a spur to reach JHUNGTI KILLA.
