Lana Kawakami is one of our Infertility Advice Nurses. She is here to answer your questions and can deliver messages to and from your provider.

Lana was raised in Wisconsin and Southern California. She received her nursing education from USC-LA County Medical Center.

After a varied nursing career, Lana joined Kaiser Santa Clara in 1978 working primarily in Pediatrics and Gynecology. She joined the Fertility team in 1995.

Lana is married with two sons. She enjoys camping, music, interior design and reading. Lana has had personal experience with infertility prior to the birth of her first son and is adopted herself.
