First of all, to think of the visual effect of plants, we can expect the effect of Color Therapy. Basically, it is all right if you choose your favourite color. Your color preference reflects your mental status, and the color, which makes you comfortable, heals your mind. Basically, each color has following effects.

Beside it, we can not forget the effect of aroma therapy.
You may suspect if it is true or not, if you hear "just smelling the fragrance makes you healthy", however it can be explained scientifically.
Feeling the smell means, the substance with the smell has been absorbed inside the nose. After all, smelling the flower fragrance means, breathing the substance, which the flower has released in the air. And, such substances indicate mental or physical effect inside the body... this is the prinsiple of aroma therapy.
