"The airlines and aviation companies are defending themselves against lawsuits seeking billions of dollars in damages for injuries, fatalities, property damage and business losses related to the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack."

Well, good!  That leaves just the FBI, the CIA and the terrorists to consider.  Now, if we can just get someone at the FBI to cooperate and release some of their video evidence (that so many would love to see).

"The first high school dedicated to preparing students for the front lines in the Nation's homeland security has gone from theory to planning in Wilmington.

The Project Manager for the Delaware Academy for Public Safety and Security, New Castle Attorney Thomas Little, signed a contract with Innovative Schools, a professional firm which will coordinate the mechanics of preparing the school for its eventual opening.

The process to find and fund a site for as many as six-hundred young men and women in Wilmington's inner city is underway.

Curriculum choices for students, who are to be called Cadets, range from SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) through prison guard, water rescue, paramedic, fireman, professional demolition and emergency response operator, according to a Board statement.

The first Principal of the institution is to be Dr. Fred Fitzgerald. A retired Captain in the Marine Corps, Fitzgerald teaches English, speech and debate at New Castle Christian Academy. Fitzgerald is also a former executive for Coca Cola in Jacksonville, Florida, and a former Director of Operations for the Port of Wilmington.

On the academic side of the new charter school, parents will agree to attend a monthly meeting at the campus with faculty for progress conferences.

To meet personal curriculum goals, all physically capable cadets are to attend a daily after-school exercise program. In addition, two hours of after-school sports or homeland security training will be available for cadet volunteers."

I had a friend who had told me about Israelis shooting at US aircraft from the coast of Israel.  So this doesn't surprise me. The "envoy" below was part of a US peace envoy to Israel.

There are at least 3 countries I have known about not having signed the nuclear nonproliferation treaty; Israel, India and Pakistan.  Iran signed that thing way back in 1968.  I recall not long ago coming across a statement caught from an Israeli intelligence official, regarding Iran, "they're crazy not to have nuclear weapons".

I mean, really, what we're talking about here is the largest oil supplier in the world, nestled in between nations with nuclear weapons, armed and ready to go, and what, they can't protect their own wealth?  Well, the Mullahs of Iran don't want the kind of world stage Ahmadinejad takes, perhaps, because they've moved elections forward, and perhaps that has been to get him out of office, so they can keep to themselves as much as possible.  Meanwhile, Iran is touted, loudly, as a nuclear threat.  Why, even in the face of the NIE (US national intelligence estimate), congress has legislated it in as a "nuclear threat to the United States"?  They haven't even got weapons capability at this time.

The question is: what did he and Global Crossing receive in return?

Crossing the Line

Shortly after Winnick’s generous contribution to Clinton’s legacy building library, Global Crossing was awarded a $400 million contract by the Pentagon.

Due to irregularities in the bidding process, brought to light by separate complaints filed by those who had lost out on the contract, the Bush Administration cancelled the deal, precipitating a free fall of Global’s stock price.

Like Enron, Global Crossing had artificially inflated its stock price while executives engaged in massive stock selling in the year leading up to filing for bankruptcy. While Global brass made billions, employees lost their life’s savings as their 401(k) retirement plans were casualties in the Chapter 11 filing. "

Two weeks after the peer-reviewed article showed up, A&E for 9/11 Truth went up from 321 to 357 professionals.  Now, after another 2 weeks has passed, they appear to have gone up from 357 to 381 in that category.

Perhaps it is interesting that in a global economy and world, that we also have to consider what the senses and sensibilities of various peoples of the world will be.  In Australia, Canada, and in European countries, I am seeing instances of 9/11 questioning going public with less hassle than in America.  Sooner or later, the American people have to reconcile with these other people, perhaps like money flowing through the international banking system.  This article is a breath of fresh air, which I have also seen from a local paper out of Seattle, WA (forgot the name), but here's a few snips...

Steven Jones has been a fore-running figure in the 9/11 Truth movement.  Jones was a physics professor at BYU, and lost his job there for stating something about Bush, but he has conducted as much research as anyone, and participated scientifically every step of the way.

I don't think he's been altogether ill-received to date, as one might expect for anyone associated with such investigations.  Jones has had an innocent, scientific disposition, and doesn't seem to put people off.  So how about when he steps forward to call for a criminal investigation?  I suppose someone official has to receive it, or some hinge has to squeak good?  Well, he certainly seems to be calling for it.

"Based on evidence of what he believes is unignited thermite particles in debris collected within minutes after the collapse of the World Trade Center's first tower, retired BYU physicist Steven Jones called for a criminal investigation into the destruction of three World Trade Center high rises in a speech at a 9/11 conference in Boston.  Public video of his presentation at the Decemeber 15, 2007 event was recently released and can be seen here:

In the first of a series of videos to be released from the Second Annual Boston Tea Party & Conference for 9/11 Truth, Dr. Steven Jones made public for the first time the results of his tests on "red chips" found in dust collected within minutes of the total collapse of the first two World Trade Center Towers.

In his presentation, "9/11 Research: High Temperatures, Iron-Rich Spheres, and Another Discovery," Jones discussed the history and chain of custody of three samples of dust, the last being collected from the pedestrian rail of Brooklyn Bridge by university student Frank Delessio as he was fleeing the area approximately 10 minutes after the collapse of the North Tower.

Jones' electron microscopy study of what he calls an "uncontaminated dust sample" revealed the presence of red chips in the dust. An XEDS spectrum analysis showed one side of the chips to contain the chemical signature of Thermite, which can produce short bursts of high temperatures and is used in welding and cutting steel.

Results of Jones' tests have been replicated by other scientists, and Jones has sent samples to independent labs for further confirmation. If the presence of the incendiary thermite is confirmed, Jones said, it would be strong grounds for opening a full-scale "criminal investigation."

Jones is founding editor of the Journal of 9/11 Studies, a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to scientific examination of the events of 9/11. He also recently authored the first article on 9/11 to be published in a peer-reviewed civil engineering journal, The Open Civil Engineering Journal (TOCEJ). The article is entitled "Fourteen Points of Agreement with Official Government Reports on the World Trade Center Destruction" (18 April 2008).
